The receptionist was fast responding, yesterday I happened to be with Kang Pajar, and my staycation here happened to be when my wife was attending a painting exhibition in the lobby. Because it's close to the mall, it's really convenient if you want to buy food for breaking the fast. Of all the hotels we've visited, this is one of the best because it's rare for a hotel to provide bolsters in the room. Harris Hotel is different, this one has fulfilled our request, using a connecting room there are bolsters in each room, and most importantly, there is a dispenser, so you don't have to keep going back and forth to make hot or warm breast milk, it's already near the elevator lobby on each floor. Alhamdulillah, I was very impressed, Thank you Harris Hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean, including the bed and everything inside. The receptionist was super friendly, and having valet parking was a nice plus. The location is great—very close to lots of food spots and shopping areas in Bandung, so it was really convenient. Perfect for both a family trip or even if you’re staying solo. Hotel is spacious and nice. Everything is perfect, clean room and bathroom, good ambiance. I could feel freshness when I open my window since the hotel is surrounded by trees. The best part is the cafe on the ground floor is perfect. The taste is good and the best is the coffee here. If you're not looking for a hotel in the city center, this hotel is a good choice.

My go-to hotel when I visit Bandung, I stay here almost every time. The hotel, the rooms, the staff, the pool, and the parking are all comfortable. When my family and I stayed there last time, I got a twin room. I asked if I could put the beds together because I had kids with me. Instead, the receptionist upgraded me to a double bed with a bunk bed. Thank God, that was very kind.

Guys, if you go to Bandung and are looking for a strategic hotel, clean, friendly staff, there are bolsters, you can borrow irons, you must stay here. I highly recommend this hotel, even though the room is a bit small but it is very comfortable, the bed and pillows are clean, then you get a bolster, the AC also works well, there is a water heater, amenities are available, you get clean towels too, basically the best stay here! On each floor there is a dispenser so you can refill water and there is a hot water kettle too, coffee, tea, and sugar are provided! The best anyway, next time I go to Bandung I will stay here again🫶🏻
