My family and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff greeted us promptly and friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick, even though the hotel was fully booked. When we wanted to find some late-night dining in the Braga area, the hotel staff lent us an umbrella because it was drizzling. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of dishes. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Crown Plaza Hotel Bandung. I would definitely recommend it if I ever visit Bandung again.

Stayed here after accidentally booking the wrong room at a previous hotel. Check-in was at 10 PM, and I was well-served and upgraded to a larger room. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the facilities were complete, from the swimming pool and sauna to the gym. If I ever come back to Bandung, I'll definitely stay here again, God willing. Thank you.

The location is very strategic. Many famous snacks around the hotel can be reached by walking. Clean rooms, cold AC, 1 person gets 2 pillows, clean bathroom (hot water works well). The staff is quite friendly and very helpful. Will be one of my favorite hotels if I stay in Bandung again!

Thank God, it was a truly wonderful stay. As soon as you enter the lobby, you'll feel incredibly calm, as you'll be greeted by the recitation of murottal (prayer chants). The staff is also very friendly. The rooms are spacious and the atmosphere is comfortable, as you can hear the recitations from inside. Each room is equipped with complete prayer equipment (sarong, mukena, prayer mat), and a copy of the Quran.
The breakfast was also delicious.

Guys, if you go to Bandung and are looking for a strategic hotel, clean, friendly staff, there are bolsters, you can borrow irons, you must stay here. I highly recommend this hotel, even though the room is a bit small but it is very comfortable, the bed and pillows are clean, then you get a bolster, the AC also works well, there is a water heater, amenities are available, you get clean towels too, basically the best stay here! On each floor there is a dispenser so you can refill water and there is a hot water kettle too, coffee, tea, and sugar are provided! The best anyway, next time I go to Bandung I will stay here again🫶🏻

Thank you to the room service staff who promptly responded to requests and kept the room clean daily. Customer service was also very friendly, as was the security guard who assisted with transportation. Access to everything was easy, and the surrounding area is full of culinary options within walking distance. It wasn't a long walk to natural attractions either. Best of luck, and thank you 🙏🙂💯

Driam Riverside Resort
This hotel has a river right next to it, perfect for relaxing on the river rocks in the afternoon. The atmosphere is serene, the resort building is unique, and the breakfast menu is quite extensive. The rooms are also very clean. There's a cafe with beautiful views.
What I really appreciated was the direct delivery of any items I left behind. Thank you to the entire Driam Riverside team.
