The staff are friendly and efficient, from the security guard who helped unload luggage to the lobby, to the friendly and well-explained front desk, and even the delivery to the room. The hot water is also very smooth. The cafe is also aesthetically pleasing and has delicious food and drinks, and the staff are all friendly.

Perfect! For a budget place like this, it's really comfortable... The room is clean... Scented towels are changed every day. Mineral water is also provided every day. The bed is soft and comfortable, the pillows are okay, the sheets and blankets are clean. The bathroom is also clean and doesn't smell. Hot water is available. There is parking right in front of our room so we don't have to unpack our suitcases, we can just go in and out and take it... The place is really comfortable... Moreover, it's close to my child's campus so I don't have to worry about meeting my child.

I had a truly memorable stay at the Aston Hotel; the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and peaceful environment for rest. In addition to the comprehensive amenities, the breakfast was exceptionally delicious, with a wide variety of Indonesian and international dishes, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
