We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. Quite various and all of them was delicious. Moreover, The service is excellent. They responds our need quickly and friendly.

While swimming, our child's sandals were left behind, then they were secured by the staff. During the stay felt safe and comfortable. For a local brand hotel, Grand Tebu has achieved our standard requirement for family staycation (their loft family room is a must try, OK for strategic location, good breakfast (should try their banana fritters on their"gorengan"stall very sweet and lucky me I also got their fried pineapple 👍 oh ya. They also provided made to order cotton candy) and nice rooftop pool). Perhaps the parking space issue is a common problem. And also there are soo many delicious food that can be ordered via online apps. Overall will come and visit this hotel again and will recommend it to others.

Room is old, bathroom shower door not working properly. Toilet can't flush, but fixed immediately. Wi-Fi is so so slow. There is an event, so the hotel blocked the entrance. What a nuisance.

Meliala Topas Galeria Hotel
Was already suspicious when the room booked was not ready at time and had to wait for them to prepare the room. Ended up highly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room especially the bed and bathroom. There are stains on the bedsheets, pillows and blanket and the bathroom felt unhygienic, the floor and glass has white stains and water marks, as if it has never been scrubbed. Had to leave the hotel asap because of the discomfort. Would not recommend and hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensure the rooms are thoroughly cleaned.
