Friendly and helpful hotel staff upon check-in. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere. Strategically located close to Lotte Mall and the Raffles Hotel. Easy access to food, both affordable (near the main road) and more expensive (at Lotte Mall). Hopefully, I'll be able to stay here again.

This is my umpteenth staycation at Cove Urbaneir 😍 With friendly staff service, clean environment, super comfortable rooms plus there is Netflix and there is also a coffee shop in front. Overall, it is highly recommended for you guys to staycation or stay overnight when there is an event. With a price that is worth it and very-very affordable with good and comfortable rooms and facilities 🤗.

The staff is very friendly, very helpful when you want to check in early, the facilities & location are beyond doubt, even though it is in the middle of a residential area, it is very close to everywhere, initially I often stayed at the one on Jalan Cipete Raya, but after going to WT, I will keep coming back here.

Very happy to have found this hotel, happy to be able to stay here and have stayed here twice. From all sides it really deserves a thumbs up. Strategic location, check in - check out is not complicated, from the receptionist to the aesthetic room, the most favorite because it is smoker friendly, unique because there are rooms that have a smoking area, there is a smart TV. Friendly security guards, friendly and very fast receptionists. For a fairly affordable price, I am very satisfied to get a service like this. Everything is really comfortable and 100% will come back here again. Thank you 🙂↕️

It was a really comfortable stay here. It's close to the Blok M MRT station. The hotel's perfume is lemongrass (which I happen to really like), and the hotel's floral vintage feel is also impressive. The receptionist was also friendly, and check-in was quick, with no fuss, and we were straight to our room. Thanks.

Staying here for two nights was not enough for me! The room, the bathroom, and the food were amazing! I didn’t even expect that they provide an Android TV in the room! The taste of the food in the Lima Mangkok was yummy. I went here every day during my stay! My favorite was nasi goreng yang ku suka and roti bakar strawberry and the drink was tropical lemonade. So, I decided myself to stay another one more night (as I mentioned! Everything was enjoyable). Thank you guys for the service ❤️

I have always loved my stay here! The rooms facing the green areas in Fatmawati (still don't know what the place is called, to be honest) are always pleasant and a breath of fresh air amidst Jakarta's overcrowding. The breakfast menu was not only varied but also good! The hotel being situated just a short distance from the MRT station is also a significant advantage!

We had a pleasant stay here, we got a comfy bed, clean room, personally love the old hotel ambience. The hotel provided good amenities, enjoyed the bath with hot water, internet connection was good, staff was helpful and hassle-free check-in and out. Haven't tasted anything food-wise, but we're sure they got a good food selection. Will be back if we are around the area.

Our stay at Swiss Belresidences was absolutely perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were incredibly delivering exceptional service and special thanks to Duty Manager, Ms. Marida, for her excellent kindness. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options.
