Friendly and warm hospitality from staffs. The food was okay, 6 out of 10. The environment is clean, facilities are great, computer, gym, pool, even a small photo booth. Overall, I'd say 8.5 out of 10.

The staff was friendly, and overall it was okay. The only downside was that the hot water in the shower wouldn't work, making it a bit cold to shower. Usually, there's no problem. This was the first time.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and always enjoyed it. The service is friendly, the food is delicious, and the hotel is clean. The only downside is that there are not enough snacks and drinks in the room. For this price, you should get snacks in the room like other hotels of the same price. The snacks in the room are plentiful and free to refill anytime.
