When checking in there was a problem with the room's AC, but the Enso team was quick to respond to immediately replace it with a more comfortable room. The rest is no problem, clean and comfortable facilities, delicious food and a strategic location near the toll gate. All staff services are friendly and pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality.

Although it's a bit far from my workplace, the quiet environment, cool air conditioning, soft bed, large-screen TV, and everything about this hotel are truly delightful. The food in the restaurant also changes daily. It also has direct access to the mall. It's easy to find anything you need.

The room is clean, there are no minuses, the location is very strategic, the AC was thought to be not cold when it was set to the one at home, it was very cold, basically it was really great, the service was really good, all the security guards were friendly, the CS was also friendly👍, it is highly recommended, next time God willing, if I have an event in Bekasi, I will stay here again.

My experience here when staying honest is very satisfied with the hotel service, the rooms are clean, the air conditioning is also cold, the main location of the hotel is very strategic so I want to go where to find the location needs very close.
