Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.

The most impressive thing was the variety of food. My parents could eat it, and my kids could eat it too. It's suitable for all ages. There's a wide variety, too. The rooms are great, and they even have coffee pods. Best of luck.

The staff is really great, the room is also clean, not noisy either, the breakfast is varied so there are lots of choices, it's really great for a long staycation here.

My stay at the Horison Hotel was truly memorable. It's strategically located, very close to the training venue and offers easy access to the toll road. The entire staff was very friendly and professional, and the hotel's atmosphere is very family-friendly. Parking is also ample and easily accessible. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe room, which was very comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. The room, bathroom, and overall hotel area were all very clean. As for the food, the breakfast and restaurant menus were varied, delicious, and reasonably priced. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay at the Horison Hotel again in the future.

This hotel is close to Bekasi Station and the regional hospital. I stayed overnight to care for my parents in the hospital. The room is compact but comfortable, with cool air conditioning, hot water, clean sheets, and very friendly staff.

Every staff from the OB to the receptionist is responsive if there are questions or sees a situation to help guests with their needs.

I really like the interior theme: royal classic, with a luxurious and grand feel, it's an inspiration for my home. Everything is excellent.

Excellent breakfast variety. Good ideas for the cotton candy and ice cream during breakfast. They also have a cold cut and cheese station and a sweet corner. Clean room and good staff. Bravo Aston Bekasi!

The hotel staff are very helpful with quick treatment when complaints arise. The location is very strategic, 2 km from Bekasi Train Station, shopping mall nearby, and close to Becakayu Toll road for private vehicle users. The food was very pleasant during my stay. Recommended for business trip stay or even holiday stay.
