Perfectly situated just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street and 10 minutes to the beach. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, yet the hotel still felt tucked away enough to be peaceful at night.

Overall I am satisfied with the room. The facility is as its price. But the location is very convenient due to very closed location to the Sudirman BNI city stasiun (for access to Soeta Airport). Getting food is no problem as many warungs are located near the hotel. The staff are also very nice, I booked through app at 09.20 am for the same day stay and no problem et all during my check-in at 2.00 pm

We had a pleasing staycation experience in the newly opened hotel near Sudirman area. The location is very strategic in the center of the city, with cafes, restaurants, and malls nearby. The services are top notch! We had a problem with our room access card and they immediately came to our room to change it. Breakfast buffet also comes with many great selections. Lastly, all the staff are so nice and helpful, very attentive with our requests. Shout out to Mr. Mahesa for his warm greetings to us.

My daughter stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed her experience here. First of all, the room comes with a free minibar (a variety of sweet and salty snacks and cold drinks), a sofa, and a bean bag, so the room is a nice place to host friends over. They also have complete bathroom amenities. The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor, so the room feels more spacious. The location is within walking distance to the city center, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have a variety of food options for breakfast and make you fresh coffee. My daughter really recommends this place and would stay here again.

Upon checking into this hotel, I have sky-high expectation for both the service and the room. I have passed this hotel several times and really curious on how this well-known hotel doing on their services. I booked a night just to have a good time together with my partner and enjoying our weekend there. Upon arrival, We're greeted with a very warm welcome and they were already offer to brought our belongings, even when it's not really that much stuff. They gave us a very nice welcome drink and the receptionist, Ms. Jesslyn, treated is very well during check-in. Our requests were all fulfilled and really appreciate their attention on the small details. Then when we arrived at the room. We were stunned. It was a neatly oriental-decorated spacious room with tons of cool stuffs, one of the example was the speaker inside our bathroom. Which really gave us an awesome experience on watching movies while indulge in the bath tub. The bed was comfy and the pillows were outstanding. Definitely ranked among our top 5 hotel with the best bed ever! The hotel's facilities are considered complete for the 5-star hotel. It has a very spacious and proper gym court complete with saunas, massage and spa, and also the swimming pool, although the swimming pool is not really that big. They also noticeably fast on our in-room requests. I don't feel any delay as they send our request immediately and they happily gave what we wanted even when it was late in the night. The breakfast also exceptional! They have tons of choices in pastry (I love pastries) and the varieties of cuisines as well. The servers were also very helpful and fulfill all our requested stuffs, even when the restaurant is very packed. Overall, the hotel is really the best choice for whoever wanted to have an awesome experience on staycation in the oriental-themed hotel with nice services! We booked a family suite room on the 5th floor. The place has amazing views and is very comfy. The capacity room is 4 people with 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a toilet inside meanwhile the 2nd bedroom is not. The other benefit is the kitchen has complete equipment and if you plan to have small activity with your family to cook here. It is the best place for you to book this. The balcony has a good view with a city view at night and morning time. The door has a smart door system 🙌. I will definitely come again here with my family or friend for a short escape. This is literally a hidden gem. Thanks, Upscale Suites. Please keep maintaining the cleanliness 😚😚

Treehouse Suites - are really well equipped with excellent services from reception to cleaning services. Overall - a well recommended place to stay - you need to be in time to book for the big Weekends (X-Mas, New Year) else out of stocks 😂.

Everything is a great and excited. Staff are very helpful and polite, The Room is spacious, elegant and very clean. The bed is very large and super comfy. It's great! The hotel lobby is very comfortable, so you can wait for check-in while relaxing. Access to public transportation is very easy, close to the KRL station, airport train, MRT, LRT, and Transjakarta. It's a complete package.

One evening, after a long day of meetings, I decided to try their in-house Japanese restaurant, Sumire. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the presentation was artful. What truly made the experience memorable, though, was the attentive staff. They seemed to anticipate my every need without being intrusive. I even overheard another guest praising their attention to detail, mentioning how a waiter remembered their favorite drink from a previous visit.
