The location is peaceful, but a bit far from the city center and shopping areas. The service is excellent, everyone is friendly, and the receptionist, Rafika, even helped me get a free room upgrade. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The food is varied and delicious. The kids' activities are quite complete.

The hotel is new, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and quite spacious, the swimming pool is quite large and warm, and there are plenty of breakfast options. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

We had a very pleasant experience during our stay at Gaia Hotel. Loved the hotel ambiance, the gardens are especially beautiful, loved the Koi pond and the greenhouse, too. Really enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea at the Club Lounge, the food and beverages are excellent. Especially my husband loved the steak and beverages. Our big appreciation goes to Fajar Hakim, Daniel, Chandra, Asep, Ruben, Rizki and Marisa from the Club Lounge for their attentiveness, warmth and genuinely caring towards us. You are all the best!

I've been wanting to try a staycation here for a long time. It turned out to be worth spending the extra budget for a SC here on the weekend, it's quite good to get a view of Bandung city even though the surrounding area is residential. The room is very comfortable and quite spacious, has a Smart TV too, and the bathroom is clean. It's just a shame they don't provide slippers for amenities and breakfast is only one menu per person according to B&B hotel standards. Overall, it's really good. By the way, sorry, I only documented the view, forgot to take a photo of the room area 😅🙏🏻

I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Teras Lembang Syariah. Its strategic location, close to various tourist attractions in Lembang, yet the atmosphere remains calm and comfortable. The room was very clean, the interior simple but neat, and the amenities quite complete for the affordable price. The hotel staff was also friendly, helpful, and their service truly made guests feel valued. The sharia-compliant concept also made my family and I feel calmer and more comfortable during our stay. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the cool air typical of Lembang is perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Overall, I highly recommend it for a family vacation or short staycation in Lembang.
