I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Teras Lembang Syariah. Its strategic location, close to various tourist attractions in Lembang, yet the atmosphere remains calm and comfortable. The room was very clean, the interior simple but neat, and the amenities quite complete for the affordable price. The hotel staff was also friendly, helpful, and their service truly made guests feel valued. The sharia-compliant concept also made my family and I feel calmer and more comfortable during our stay. Stayed in Sheraton for my mom's birthday getaway. With the help of Miss Sasha, check-in was smooth and they accommodated our request for a connecting room. The room itself was spacious, cold (which [is] really nice), and with enough amenities. Because we came on weekdays and still on [the] fasting month, the pool [was] quite empty, so we had a blast. We tried the gym too (access with room card) and they had essential gym equipment. Breakfast was marvelous! So many food varieties and all the staff [were] attentive while we ate breakfast. Over all we had [an] excellent stay[ed] at Sheraton Bandung. Thank you so much to all the staff for the hospitality. Hope we can stay again.
