Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.

Very satisfying, strategic location, friendly service, very clean and spacious rooms. Recommended.

Strategic location, close to Surabaya Gubeng Station, City Hall, Grand City Mall, and Surabaya Expo. It's simply great. Great city views, smart TV. Clean rooms. Delicious breakfast. Absolutely the best.

the place is really really comfortable for just transit, privacy is very awake, I'm the kind of person who sleeps other than in my own room usually it's difficult or even impossible at all but yesterday even if it was just a short time I was able to sleep 🥹 recommended! I think I will come here often just to relax... 🫶🏻

The service and staff were excellent and friendly. The room was also in good condition and clean, with the TV, AC, shower, and water heater functioning properly. For under 200,000 Rupiah, it's a great deal.

For just stopping by, this is really good. Even for staying, this hotel is also good. The price is really affordable with really good facilities. The room is clean, doesn't feel cramped, there is no cigarette smell, like the smell of a normal hotel, water can be refilled as much as you like, the room is soundproof so you can sleep really well, the bed is clean and comfortable. The bathroom doesn't smell at all, it's clean and quite spacious too. Access in the city center to go anywhere is really easy, it's also close to Alfamart so if you're hungry at night it's easy to go out to find food. Overall, the value is perfect for that price

A good hotel for the price, as the room was quite large, had a hairdryer, a refrigerator, and a balcony, which is rare for this price. Plus, if you like watching Netflix, you're in luck, as it comes with a smart TV. If I go back to Surabaya, I'll definitely stay here.

Strategically located in the city center, close to the business district, making it easy to get everywhere. It's not far from the main train station. There's plenty of culinary options, and it's close to the souvenir market. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds and rooms are top-notch quality. They're very comfortable and clean.
