It's really nice here, the hotel rooms are minimalist but nicely decorated and very comfortable because each room has a balcony. The staff were welcoming, helpful, friendly, and answered our questions well. When we walked into the bedroom, it was aesthetically pleasing with the decor and the high-quality linen. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, especially the traditional healthy ginger tea, excellent coffee, fresh fruit, Indonesian food, as well as a variety of cuisine. From the first time my foot step the Santika Pandegiling I feel the warm welcome from the staff. The receptionist voice intonation was so perfect so that make me feel like I am welcoming by them, if I am not mistaken her name was Ellen. Then again I enter room and I was surprise when I saw a welcome cake and welcome letter with my name mentioned in the table, small touch but meaningful. The breakfast was so delicious. Everything was so amazing here. For sure I will be coming back here

The Life Styles Hotel Surabaya
The location is perfect, with a lot of culinary nearby. Limited parking area. The room is clean, smell smoke, but they come and spray the air freshener. The pool is great.

Hotel Santika Premiere Gubeng
Probably one of the best stays we had in Surabaya! As a family of four, we had the most pleasant time! The room was cozy, everything was clean. The breakfast was amazing though! Lots of options to choose from, all delicious and super kids friendly! The staff were all so kind and helpful. The view from the room was also nice, and there’s even a shuttle car to get to Tunjungan!!! Very nice✨ There’s a warm pool for the kids which was very handy😎 keep up the excellent service guys, would love to come back and surely we will recommend this hotel to our friends!
