My first time staying here. The kids had a great time swimming. The water wasn't too cold, and there was a hot tub in the corner for therapeutic purposes. There were plenty of slippery slides, so I was really happy. I stayed in the Kayu Kencana room. The room was very compact, not very large, but comfortable enough with cool air conditioning, complete amenities, and a plunge pool in the bathroom. Breakfast was quite tasty, and the menu was varied.

This hotel is underrated! It's strategically located, fully equipped, has both a kids' and adults' pool, and a fairly large playground. The food is also quite good, making it a great accommodation option in Garut.

Every corner of the room is well maintained, and the good soundproofing ensures that I can rest peacefully without being disturbed by outside noise. The presence of Android TV in the room is a pleasant added value, allowing me to enjoy various entertainment easily. This really makes my rest time more enjoyable and satisfying. In addition, the lounge facilities in the hotel lobby are my favorite place to relax. With the TV and musical instruments, I and other guests can enjoy time together, sing, and share happiness. This creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere, making my stay even more memorable. The hotel also has an interesting partnership with Soto Ahri, giving guests the chance to sample Soto Ahri at an affordable price. This is one of the advantages that made me feel like I got more value during my stay here. This was my first experience in Garut. I stayed here for one night and met very friendly and helpful staff. The taste of the food at breakfast really suits my taste, the cleanliness of the room is good, the facilities such as the swimming pool and Wi-Fi internet are good and usable. I will visit again when I go to Garut.

Room is beyond expectations, better than photo, location is very easy to reach, spacious and comfortable parking. The room service is top, the cuisine is okay too. Next trip will definitely come back again. 😇
