The location is fantastic, the staff are all friendly, and most importantly, the cleanliness is top-notch. Oh yeah, the rooms are also very aesthetic.

My first time staying here. The kids had a great time swimming. The water wasn't too cold, and there was a hot tub in the corner for therapeutic purposes. There were plenty of slippery slides, so I was really happy. I stayed in the Kayu Kencana room. The room was very compact, not very large, but comfortable enough with cool air conditioning, complete amenities, and a plunge pool in the bathroom. Breakfast was quite tasty, and the menu was varied.

The view is beautiful, the pool is warm, and the kids are happy. The room has a bathtub, which makes the kids even happier. The room is clean and fully equipped.

The service was friendly and good, and breakfast was delivered to my room. The room was nice and clean, and it was a great price for a room with two beds, which was enough for me and my family. This hotel is underrated! It's strategically located, fully equipped, has both a kids' and adults' pool, and a fairly large playground. The food is also quite good, making it a great accommodation option in Garut.

This was my first experience in Garut. I stayed here for one night and met very friendly and helpful staff. The taste of the food at breakfast really suits my taste, the cleanliness of the room is good, the facilities such as the swimming pool and Wi-Fi internet are good and usable. I will visit again when I go to Garut.

Room is beyond expectations, better than photo, location is very easy to reach, spacious and comfortable parking. The room service is top, the cuisine is okay too. Next trip will definitely come back again. 😇

A hotel with mountain views, a lake where you can play boats and ride ducks, a flying fox, and a heated swimming pool. The best view is in the morning. You can feed the adorable koi fish.

The place is cozy and kid-friendly, with its rabbit park and boat area, and the atmosphere is truly beautiful and cool. Kids will enjoy playing, and parents will also rest comfortably. 😍
