The room's AC wasn't cold, the shower water was small, and the soap didn't come out when pressed. The phone rang but wasn't answered. One used hotel slipper was provided. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future.

I was initially given a room with a water leak, and was told about it and immediately replaced. However, I was given a room with a broken key card, and I had to call the staff repeatedly to get in. However, the staff responded quickly and opened the room. Thank you to the staff who had to go back and forth to open the room. 🙏
