My first time at Opa Hotel, I was quite impressed by the friendliness of the front desk staff, especially Ms. Chelsea who was very friendly, and the security was also friendly. I said the food lacked taste and the menu was not varied enough (because I like cooking and have tried several hotel dishes as well as foreign dishes), as well as the drinks, the juice was very sour, and on which day the drinks were tasteless/bland. I think the surroundings of the hotel are quite complete, there is a laundry, a fairly complete supermarket with affordable/cheap prices, and there are also lots of food/snacks...

Starting from the staff at the front especially Mbak Chelsea, they are very friendly. The room service is also good, only the food is wow.... the rice is half cooked, the taste is also not right (because I also like to cook), please combine the food variations more so that it looks good & the juice is also very sour, lacking in taste & please change the juice flavors, for example today the guava, pineapple, orange juice should not be sour. Booked 2 nights, asked for a non-smoking room because we had kids, but when we checked in, it smelled really bad, the mattress was dirty and sandy, the bathroom was full of stagnant water, the room wasn't airtight, and they allowed pets in the next room. So, we checked out early in the morning, disappointed because the reviews said it was a 4-star hotel, but it was only that. The price was quite expensive, 1.4 for 2 nights.
