The staff is very professional and friendly. However, management needs to take the initiative to provide a free shuttle service from various international ports such as Harbour Bay, Batam Center, and Sekupang, and even Hang Nadim Airport, considering that many domestic and international tourists arrive in Batam through the ports and airports I mentioned. The price of a night at this hotel is already high, so it would be appropriate to provide a free shuttle service not only to Grand Mall Batam. CMIIW. Thank you.

The hotel staff has done a good job. However, there is no shuttle service from the Pacific Hotel to the three international ports in Batam (Harbour Bay, Batam Center, and Sekupang), Telaga Punggur Port, and Hang Nadim Airport. The hotel's price is quite high, but it should be worth providing a shuttle to the airport and harbor (tourists will come and stay in Batam). Hotel management should consider this.
