Spent 2 days here with my family. Had a very pleasant stay here. Easy check in process. Had a little accident, I forgot to turn off my car cabin light. Their security contacted me immediately, pick up my car key, they turn it off, and give back the key to my room. Great service from their security 👍 The room is neat and clean. Good water pressure, no problem too with the hot water. I really like the way they served the breakfast. Since it is pandemic, they deliver a lot of foods into our room in the morning. All foods are wrapped by plastic wrap too to make it sure they are clean. For the facilities, we had dinner at their rama shinta restaurant. Good food, nice ambient too for the restaurant. My kids are happy too since this hotel has a big playground. Definitely will come back for another round when I visit Bandungan again.

The room was great space and very clean. The room service was also quick. The location of the hotel quite close to Jl. Pandanaran, souvenir center, and quite strategic to other landmarks of the city. It is very recommended for family trip.

This hotel was really awesome. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The staffs were really nice and helpful. I really appreciate because they really help me to provide the room when I request for early check in. The location was in the main access of magelang road. There is a mall right next to this hotel. I recommend this hotel if you want to staycation in magelang.

I only stayed here for 1 night and very enjoyed the hotel. what I loved from this hotel is the skypool and their breakfast menu. They have a lot of menu to try. View from skyline while we eat our breakfast was so refreshing. Taste of the food all great, no wonder if this hotel awarded with best food hotel back in 2019. The room was clean. All staff were friendly and informative. Will be back here for sure. Keep the good work!

This hotel location is very convenient. In front of hotel is many street food sellers of chicken satay, padang satay, nasi pecel and also bakmi ayam. Also near Toko Oen, Superindo, Ace Hardware. Overall, location is very strategic. Parking area also quite many spaces, so you do not need to be worried on your vehicle. Breakfast is quite good, many choices, and they have good safety protocols. Overall, I am quite satisfied. 1 small issue, that they changed the room key without pre-notification due to I have 2 bookings for my stay. I have to go down to the lobby from 7th floor, when I can not used my room key to open my hotel room. Thank you.

I stayed here for 2nites for my birthday celebration at the deluxe room which is very huge compare to other hotel, the hotel greeted us with unique welcome drink & a slice of birthday cake in my room, thanks. Really awesome place, Pak Theo the Duty Manager were helpful as well. Hotel decoration with Christmas vibes really beautiful, would defenitely recommend to everyone to stay here it's really worth the price indeed👍would love to come back again next time I visit Solo.

we've stayed at hotel for one night at premium deluxe balcony room at 2nd floor with twin bed, it was quite good experience, but one of the bedframe was broken though we still can use it. I think the amenities are very standard, the breakfast are complete but some of it the taste are too salty, what I like the most is the salad. Pool area is Good, my kids were having fun, but the pool water was a bit sour. at the time we were staying, there was a wedding party on rooftop, my kids wants to play at kids club but the kids club turn into place to put the weddings stuff e.g, the wedding souvenir and all the things that suppose to be place at roof top (bean bags) so it was quite messy. Overall we were having a good time staying in the hotel and its worth with the price.

This is my review dedicated for the hotel staff(s)! I really need to send my gratitude to all of Azana Asia Cilacap hotel staff(s) who took whole measure for finding and sending me back my forgotten belonging. They contacted me when I was already 2 hours ride to Purwokerto saying that one of my baby personal belonging left at the room. Since it will be burdensome to make a trip back to Cilacap, I was on the verge of letting it go. But when I casually asked whether they can send it back to my home in Jogja, they gladly accepted my request. So, thank you, thank you so much for all of the hotel staff(s). Kudos to you, guys! And, lastly for the F&B, do try theirs! The coffee menu is delicious! They also have instant noodle bar, hah! Even I opt-out breakfast during my stay but I ordered at their restaurant for lunch and evening snacks, and I didn't regret it. Last, thanks for the pleasant staying experience, Azana Asia Cilacap! Successes to you all!
