We really enjoyed our stay at their suite. Super spacious and clean. All the staffs were so helpful and kind. We had our breakfast prepared to go since we had to leave so early in the morning. We will take the hotel as our first choice when we come back to Tasikmalaya again.

This is the third time we stay at the hotel and it still feels pleasant to visit it every time. You have to take a walk around the hotel in the morning, there are so much thing to see. The area is awesome, a lot of instagramable spot, vine restaurant is good but take a long time for check-in. The place is also for public visitor so it will be crowded in the weekend, kids swimming pool is not clean, AC not too cool & if need hot water in the morning we must call receptionist. Need lots of to improve but my family enjoy stayed there.

The room for family was very nice and spacious but not really clean, apparently there were two lizards and few mosquitoes appeared in my room. There was a lot of food choices in the breakfast but the taste is just ok (not really good but not really bad). In-room dining was very good and the price is affordable.
