When checking in there was a problem with the room's AC, but the Enso team was quick to respond to immediately replace it with a more comfortable room. The rest is no problem, clean and comfortable facilities, delicious food and a strategic location near the toll gate. All staff services are friendly and pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality.

Highly recommended for a staycation in Pangalengan. The cabin is clean, the facilities are also good, with in-cabin technologies like mood lamps and background sound. The location is a bit far from the city, but the view of the vast tea plantation is very refreshing. The staff is also friendly. Staying at Bobocabin, you don't need to go anywhere else; just walking around the tea plantation is cool and refreshing.

It was a really fun experience staying here.. the glamping was clean.. the staff were all friendly and very nice.. I got an a la cart breakfast package but the portion was very big and very filling which was delicious.. I want to come back because it's very kid friendly. Next time I go there, hopefully I can do Japanese glamping..

Always a choice of resting place when I accompany my husband to work in Cikrg, I have been satisfied with the quest since the time it was still a 3 star until now it has been upgraded to a 4 star, the service is really cool, all the staff are friendly. The atmosphere is quite comfortable. The room is clean. I stayed in the Anggrek room. It's enough for two people. It's not very spacious, but it's comfortable enough for the price. I was very satisfied staying at Whiz Prime Hotel Pajajaran Bogor. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was very fast and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Some points that make me highly recommend this hotel: Strategic Location: This hotel is in a very prime location! Very close to the culinary center on Jalan Pajajaran, Bogor Botanical Gardens, and Botani Square Mall. Finding a place to eat or just take an evening stroll is very easy. Clean & Efficient Rooms: Despite the minimalist concept, the rooms are very clean, tidy, and modern in design. The mattress is very soft (a Whiz signature), making for a very restful sleep after a day of exploring Bogor. Good Facilities: For its class, the available facilities are very adequate. There is a fun outdoor swimming pool for children and an adequate and free parking area. The Wi-Fi is also stable, suitable for those who need to work a little while. Affordable Price: Very value for money. With a very competitive price, we can get the comfort of a star hotel in a very premium location.

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.
