We arrived late at night and received a friendly and welcoming welcome from the hotel staff. The hotel is well-maintained and clean. The room was spacious, with a comfortable, soundproof bed. Extending our stay was also easy and straightforward. The location is in the heart of Bandung, making it easy and convenient to get around. There's also ample parking, so we could park our vehicle comfortably and with peace of mind. There's also 24-hour security.

The service was excellent, the facilities were complete and well-maintained, and the hotel is very kids-friendly, making it perfect for a family vacation. Stayed at this hotel to attend a work-related gathering, so I primarily used the room just for sleeping. However, the absolute highlight of the room was the magnificent mountain view. Even though it was covered in mist in the morning, the mountain's grandeur still shone through. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a good night's rest. The check-in process was seamless, and even when we briefly lost a key that had been left at the reception, the staff handled the situation professionally and provided an excellent solution.
