The location is perfect, just in front of the train station and metro, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Only 10 mnts by metro to Duomo area. I booked the room for 3 people and it was so big, and the best thing is they gave free buffet breakfast and dinner through out our stay.

Staff was friendly. Proximity to milano centrale made it ideal for day trips! Room itself was dirty. Water marks from previous guest was still visible. I did not like how you needed to request items instead of making it available. Hotel entrance is very scary at night - people loitering

For the price of the room, it was not worth it. The good first, it was close to Milano Centrale, the view from the 7th floor was nice. The bad, when we entered the room there was a hole in the wall from the door handle, the tvs did not work, the room was crammed as if they were trying to fit as many beds as possible into it, there were water spots on the sink faucets, the tiles in the bathroom were not sealed so water got under them, and worst of all the shower drain did not work so if you took a shower too long it flooded the bathroom. The only staff worker that was helpful was the cleaning lady. She would always make our beds and do her job as you would expect a 4 star hotel would be. When we told the front staff about our problems they asked what room and then said they would fix it. That was on the first day. They didn’t write down our room number or anything, just said they would take care of it. It was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I would NOT recommend this hotel, the pictures deceive you and especially if it’s a hot day the lack of ventilation in the room makes it almost better to be outside and sweaty. Please do your research of the location of the hotel before you book.

Central station location & easy to find. Walking distance into the city centre & lots of decent cafe’s & restaurants close by. We had lunch down the road, it was excellent & great service. The check in receptionist was hopeless, he shared limited information with us, gave us our key & that was it. Breakfast was not included in our deal & was offered at ‘reduced’ 20 euro instead of usual 25 euro if decided immediately upon at check-in. As it was we eat breakfast there & it was honestly not worth it. Our room was dark & dingy, poor lighting, we could hardly could see in the bathroom area as it was covered in black paint work. Amenities were totally absent. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, you could oddly order it up from reception but at what extra cost? Overall a disappointing two night stay & rather expensive for what was delivered.
