The location is perfect, just in front of the train station and metro, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Only 10 mnts by metro to Duomo area. I booked the room for 3 people and it was so big, and the best thing is they gave free buffet breakfast and dinner through out our stay.

This place was very well located and close to coffee shop and other nice restaurants with outdoor seating. Short walk to Milan train station and easy to get to lake como on train or solo from metro or other trains.also walking few mins to the outlet mall bus was easy. Station is huge but felt safe. Ac in hotel worked really well ; ice cold. Huge floor to ceiling windows in room with views of Milan . Very friendly staff and attentive.

Well located if you want to stay close to the Central Station, but very poorly maintained. The rooms were not properly cleaned, there were broken doors, mold in the bathroom, and the overall condition was disappointing. It was a bad, very bad experience. The staff at the bar and in other areas were not very friendly. However, the breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff were kind and welcoming.

Booked the Glam purely for its proximity to Milan Centrale. Check in was quite smooth although i had some trouble opening the door (needs a good push apparently). Decent size room for my son and me but a little bit rough on the edges in terms of condition and cleanliness. Check out queue in the morning was slightly long but i had prepaid so just dropped off the jey on tge counter.

The hotel looks modern, and the price is reasonable for what you get. It's also just a couple of minutes' walk from the train station, which made getting around really easy. The room was a bit small and felt quite dark. The shower door isn't designed very well, so water ends up all over the bathroom floor after every shower. The elevator is also on the slow side, which can be a little annoying during busy hours. Overall, it's a good place to stay if you're looking for a convenient location at a good price, but there are a few design issues that could be improved.
