The location is perfect, just in front of the train station and metro, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Only 10 mnts by metro to Duomo area. I booked the room for 3 people and it was so big, and the best thing is they gave free buffet breakfast and dinner through out our stay.

This was a very comfortable hotel for me as a solo traveller. I found the staff always helpful. The breakfast was fresh and well supplied and i was able to linger there until 11am. Directly across from the Milano railway station, though google maps sent me on a neighbourhood walk. The bar in the evening was very quiet, but the staff were gracious and efficient. Great for that nightcap that rounds out your evening. Very handy to the Metro, staff were helpful, everywhere. I didnt have a kettle etc in my room, then I found the notice that I could call reception and they would deliver it. They did. Room refrigerator compact but worked well. I was hot in my room, i took the duvet cover off and used the cover for a sheet. I also turned down the air con, set ridiculously low..artic feels.. Would recommend to anyone who could afford this style of accommodation.

Extremely disappointed. This hotel does not look or feel like a 3 or 4-star property. It is completely overpriced for what you actually get.The room condition was highly neglected:Zero soundproofing: The walls are paper-thin. I could literally hear everything from the neighboring room, including kids crying and a couple having a loud argument.Outdated furniture: The decor looks like it was bought in the 1980s and never updated.Basic amenities were missing entirely:No slippers provided in the room.No standard amenities expected at this price point.Cheap toiletries: Only low-quality soaps and shampoos were available.Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The hotel is at a great convenient location , right across from the Milan Centrale Train station. The standard hotel room is what you would find at most mid level chain American hotels. However, the air conditioning system is not convenient for the customer. The customer needs to ask for the AC to be turned on at the desk, and you need the key to be inserted in a slot for the AC and lights to work. So, if you leave the room during the day, you will come back to a hot room in the summertime. Also, they hit you with a Hotel tax when you check in. This added about $260 Euros to our 6 night stay that we paid for already through Expedia. Then at these prices, they still want you to pay for a hotel continental breakfast at $20 Euros per person, which it is not worth for stuff that is normally free at chain hotels. In the future, I would stay at the Hilton across the street.

Staff was friendly. Proximity to milano centrale made it ideal for day trips! Room itself was dirty. Water marks from previous guest was still visible. I did not like how you needed to request items instead of making it available. Hotel entrance is very scary at night - people loitering

For the price of the room, it was not worth it. The good first, it was close to Milano Centrale, the view from the 7th floor was nice. The bad, when we entered the room there was a hole in the wall from the door handle, the tvs did not work, the room was crammed as if they were trying to fit as many beds as possible into it, there were water spots on the sink faucets, the tiles in the bathroom were not sealed so water got under them, and worst of all the shower drain did not work so if you took a shower too long it flooded the bathroom. The only staff worker that was helpful was the cleaning lady. She would always make our beds and do her job as you would expect a 4 star hotel would be. When we told the front staff about our problems they asked what room and then said they would fix it. That was on the first day. They didn’t write down our room number or anything, just said they would take care of it. It was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I would NOT recommend this hotel, the pictures deceive you and especially if it’s a hot day the lack of ventilation in the room makes it almost better to be outside and sweaty. Please do your research of the location of the hotel before you book.

Awful hotel. The only positive location. At check in the staff couldn’t find our reservation in spite of giving them the reservation number and showing them the email. They were generally rude, didn’t tell us about the property etc. but worst of all is when my daughter went to the bathroom she slid the door closed without even locking it and the door jammed and she was locked in. We had to go to the lobby as no one answered our phone then after about 15 minutes a man came up with a butter knife to try to open it. In spite it being 9 pm he said all the maintainence staff had left. I had already been trying to open the door with a spoon but I handed it to him and after some time of fiddling with it the door finally opened. I might add that short of getting it open this way it would have needed to have been sawed open as there weren’t any hinges. I got the impression that this was not an uncommon occurrence. Also the man said as compensation box breakfasts for the airport would await us in the lobby in the morning he would write it in our room notes. there were no boxed breakfasts and there were no notes written. I wonder if I were traveling alone and did not take my phone to the bathroom I would not be found until the following day when the cleaning staff came. And I have no confidence that the shower alarm would actually work in this poorly run poorly maintained hotel that has no respect for weary travelers. The bed was broken, blankets lumpy, only 2 towels for 3. Avoid

Everything at the hotel was great except for the color of the rooms ( black) and the lights were very weak. Other han that, excellent place to stay. The staff were very profesional and helpful.
