The location is perfect, just in front of the train station and metro, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. Only 10 mnts by metro to Duomo area. I booked the room for 3 people and it was so big, and the best thing is they gave free buffet breakfast and dinner through out our stay.

Amazing staff and stay. 10/10 hospitality. Upgraded us at check in to a suite and helped with our luggage. Great area right next to Milano Centrale station, gorgeous amenities, and experience. Will stay here everytime I’m in Milan.

The rooms we stayed in for our total of 15 days we’re not in good condition at all, there we’re a lot of of problems and complaints from a number of guests regarding the HVAC system. The location to the train station was the best part of our stay but not worth the money charged.

First the location is prime as it is close to the train and metro. Having stayed there for 13 day for the Olympics I could see their shortfalls. First if you like heat then the rooms are perfect but they average 27 degrees and there was a lady downstairs saying her baby could not sleep in the heat. You have to ask for a window to be opened to survive it but then you hear all the noise from the street. They have shower that is good but you need a ladder to get up and over the bathtub, no exaggeration if you are a little older it’s hard to get in and out of the tub. They have no coffee makers and breakfast is $20 euros and they won’t let you just get a coffee. We stayed in another hotel in Venice during our trip and they had coffee downstairs for guests. The room had good storage for a stay that long and was cleaned daily to a sufficient enough standard.

After arrival, they made paid $ 410 extra for another bed for my son , that we did not use. Also they have to change the bathroom shower cable , because it was disgusting. I've call Expedia as a gold member I am entitle of a free upgrade when available, I have never ask for one, but it was deny.

Flight landed in morning and luckily could get hotel room before lunch. The room view is very beautiful though on low floor, it’s opposite to the Milano Centrale Train Station and the big apple statue. Short walking distance to Centrale Train Station, and Metro entrance is just outside the hotel. Felt safe when staying here, reception staff are nice and fast response to my requests. Highly recommended to others for Milan visit.
