Great location in front of the bay and the famous Ferris wheel, connected to a mall and subway station. Rooms are big for Japan. The hotel is older but clean and still looks great. Staff are all polite and helpful.

The hotel was great, there's a connection bridge to the main building of Yokohama Station (via Newoman Mall). The room is always clean, big room, comfy. The bakery also had many variants of pastries, sandwiches, and also pasta. It's a great experience to stay here and will be back.
