Hyatt Regency Yokohama

All the staff were polite and helpful. The room was cozy enough for 2 adults and 1 5-year-old. Location was great!

This hotel surpassed all of my expectations. The staff was superb and the rooms were exceptional. It is a close walk to the Yamashita Park which was gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay before we went on a cruise. The port is very close. Yokohama was a really great city to see and experience before you take off from there to beyond. The room was well appointed, clean and very comfortable

1) A First-Time Hyatt Experience! At last weekend, my wife and I had the pleasure of staying one night at the Hyatt Regency Yokohama. As residents of Yokohama, we don't often get the chance to stay at hotels in our own city, so this was truly an exceptional experience that felt like a special getaway! This was our first time staying at a Hyatt-affiliated hotel, and it certainly exceeded our expectations. 2) Impeccable Rooms and Thoughtful Service The first thing that struck us was how immaculately clean the room was. Every corner was spotless, making our stay incredibly comfortable. During our visit, we had a bit of trouble connecting to a streaming service on the TV. When we contacted the front desk for assistance, a staff member promptly came to our room and resolved the issue for us. This kind of attentive and swift service truly showcased the hospitality Hyatt is known for. We also appreciated the leisurely 11 AM check-out, which allowed us to enjoy a relaxed morning without feeling rushed. 2) Diverse Breakfast Buffet and Delicious Fruit Shakes For breakfast, the hotel offered a wide variety of options including Chinese, Japanese, and Western buffets. We decided to go with the Chinese buffet, and everything was delicious. What really stood out was the fruit shake – it was incredibly fresh and rich, a perfect way to start the day. Being able to take coffee back to our room afterward was a lovely touch, allowing us to slowly savor our drinks in comfort.
