Lovely hotel! Rooms were great! Super friendly staff! Great breakfast with lots of variety!! Comfy pajamas! Only thing I’d recommend is providing enough amenities in room for the guests (we were 4 and only had 2 bottles of water, 2 pjs, 2 toothbrushes etc.) called and got the items brought up no problem! Appreciated the thoughtful birthday gift!!! Highly recommend staying here when in yokohoma as it’s well located and super close to everything!!

We only stayed in this hotel for one day and one night but during this period, we got to see a lot of Yokohama's Chinatown and Marina District. Beautiful Hotel and location if you are taking a cruise.

Out of the 3 hotels I stayed at on my most recent trip to Japan, I felt the staff here was hit or miss. For Japan I often find myself blown away by the hospitality, but there was a coldness to more than a few of the staff members. In the states, I probably wouldn’t notice, but the for Japan standards I was a bit shocked. When there are so many amazing hotels with great service in Japan, I probably would not come back to this one.

This is a lovely property close to Yamashita Park, The Red Brick Warehouse and the waterfront walking path. If your stay includes a transfer to the cruise port, this is an ideal property

My only complain is that there is no place to put any clean clothing inside the shower stall. We had to walk out of the stall to do that.
