My room was clean, comfortable and very spacious! I loved the rainfall shower and auto opening toilet in the bathroom. The staff at check-in were super friendly and very attentive, I loved getting my luggage delivered to my stateroom! The location of this hotel was excellent, it was very close to a subway station and extremely walkable to the Osanbashi Cruiser Terminal and attractions like China Town and Yamashita Park. There's a convenience store nearby which was very convient for snacks and beverages. Getting here from Tokyo was very easy on the train and I would stay here again if I cruised from Yokohama!

After asking for fresh towels and changing of the bed linen, it was discovered that the bed sheets were not changed. I had asked the front desk for the change of bed linen in person but we discovered the same sheets were on the bed when we returned later in the evening.
