Convenient location right by Patuxay and Talat Sao. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Additionally, breakfast was yummy and rooms were clean!

A wonderful experience and amazing place . Staff is respectful. Room was amazing and location was peaceful and safe. One of the better places i have stayed in many years of travel. Room was affordable and included breakfast and absolutely no complaints.

Wall paint too old. Furniture too old. No air-conditioned hall way. Too many mosquitos in side hotel and room.

2-night stay: the room and food were acceptable, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly, the breakfast was poor and there weren’t enough sunbathing chairs, so we couldn’t enjoy the pool. But the real issue and the reason for this review, was what happened during our stay. On the first night, we heard some strange noises, but we didn’t think too much about it. On the second night, the noises became much louder and we realised it was a rat scratching at our bathroom door. The noise was so loud and disturbing that we couldn’t sleep at all that night. When we informed the receptionist about the issue the next morning at checkout and requested a refund, they completely dismissed our concerns. Their English proficiency was poor, so we showed them a video of the rat as proof. Despite this evidence, they refused to take any responsibility or offer any form of compensation. Instead, they insisted that we settle the food bill. Since we were in a hurry to catch our train, we reluctantly paid the bill in good faith, hoping that Hotels.com would help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, Hotels.com’s refund process is fundamentally flawed — they require approval from the hotel to process any refund. The hotel denied any knowledge of the issue, which is outrageous considering the proof we provided. I’m incredibly disappointed by the whole situation. I have been booking through Hotels.com for over 10 years without ever filing a complaint until now. An absolute disgrace.

I chose to get the airport pick up and drop off which was very efficient, the front desk staff are friendly and knowledgable. I also had laundry done there and no issues with that and fairly reasonably priced. Room was clean and spacious and was cleaned everyday. Shower was amazing - water pressure decent and easy to use. Great sunset from the rooftop pool which was also a nice area to sit and relax in. Breakfast buffet was fairly basic similar to other hotels I’ve stayed at in SE Asia however main dinner menu had a good selection and the food I had there was good. The hotel is within a short distance of Paxutay Monument and the indoor market. Lots of ATMs about and a great cafe down the road. The only negative I could say is some parts of the hotel could do with a refurbishment but this didn’t affect my stay.

I got bit by mosquitoes soo many times and had to kill soo many of them, and they kept on coming back! I think from the mold and hole in the bathroom ceiling.

All was well except for the pool. Pool water wasn't that clean and broken tiles on the bottom of the pool. Need more chaise lounges

Nice location, comfortable and good breakfast but lackadaisical approach to room cleaning: completely forgot one day, towels not replaced when they did clean and returned once to find dirty cups in the sink!

Overall everything is good but they need some detail touch up in rooms and hallways

All the staff are friendly, except for the manager or supervisor – a man who sits at the end of the counter and makes you feel unwelcome. The room cleaners are excellent, and the swimming pool and food are both fantastic.

Stayed one night in this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the stay. The hotel room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Free breakfast was also very good. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help.

Room was not expected. Photos online looks very clean and modern but when arrived the walls looked like they paint to cover the mold floor was dirty. Limited supply on bathroom essentials. Room service made the bed but did not change the sheets or pillowcases that was needed. We booked the room for 10 days and had the same sheets. Did not have wash cloths, shower gel was limited. Service desk was very nice and friendly. However the gym and pool was 24 hours open. Floors was uneven. Room above made a lot of noise at 3-3:30 am by moving furnitures sounds like.

The staff is wonderful and accommodating. I accidentally overbooked my nights and we could not stay but were able to switch a day for when I returned. They were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing and the dining area was very clean.

Great place!

Staff was somewhat welcoming but didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Don’t bother dining at their downstairs restaurant because they’ll be sold out of everything and not know how to communicate things properly. I’m a Laotian myself and was even speaking the native language and still had lots of issues.
