The place is great, but the standard of cleaning and freshness is very poor. We wanted a room with a nature view, and we were shifted to a room with a smell so bad with house flies in the bathroom. It felt like the room was fungus infected. The sofa was wet and smelly. The expectation from a place like this is definitely not like this.

it took a long time to check in. After that the room’s air conditioning is broken down once getting in. We’ve waited nearly 2 hours with the technician fixing it before hotel staff changed us another room :((. Such a poor experience

breakfast food is okay, lots of choices. The room is also spacious, comfortable. The only thing that is not good is that there is a lot of hair on the bed, it seems to be untidy.. or tidied up in a hurry.. there are also pins and needles on the bed.. luckily I didn't get stabbed... The elevator is also old, it opens for a moment, but when I try to close it, it gets stuck.. oh my..

great location and vibe... but there are several items in the hotel room that are not working. Aircond in the dining room - not cold. Kettle - broken. Hot water in the bathroom - sometimes works, sometimes not. Outside of the balcony - a lot of bird droppings. Tv - not working. Other than that, the atmosphere and view are really the best (feeling like you are abroad..) breakfast is also delicious. check in, check out is easy, staff is friendly.

The receptionists are nice and professional. The room is spacious, clean, and the price is reasonable, but there is less maintenance. The toilet flush is spoiled, and the wooden door makes a sound when opened and closed. The room is not soundproof.
