Loved the hotel ambience, facilities, and amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful, right from reception, breakfast, to cleaning. Will definitely come back to stay when we are in Kuala Lumpur again.

All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, and they even provided drinking water that was already filtered in the bathroom, so I don't need to buy it anymore. Also, they will provide you with child amenities like shampoo, toothbrush, and body wash if you bring a child or toddlers to stay. The location is close to Pavilion and Alor Street, so it's very easy to find food and go shopping. It's a very recommended hotel 👍

I had a great and stay at Hotel Royal Signature. The bed and pillows are comfortable for a good night's sleep, all required amenities are provided. Hotel is within 10 mins walk to Pavilion mall along the vibrant street of Bukit Bintang. Highly recommended to all who visits KL.

A very pleasant hotel. It seems to have been recently renovated, so it still looks fresh. The location is great, close to Jalan Alor, with lots of food and minimarkets nearby. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly security guard. The front desk staff, Miss Priskila, was super friendly and welcoming. This was truly something I've never experienced in KL, as hotel staff are often less than friendly, even at 5-star hotels. 😂 Since I brought my kids, I was given a goodie bag containing small hotel slippers, toiletries, and a postcard. So sweet. 😍. The hotel room was clean, with a view overlooking Jalan Alor, Merdeka Tower, and the Twin Towers. There was a coffee machine and welcome snacks, and there was a drinking fountain, so I didn't have to bother buying extra mineral water. The breakfast was quite delicious and varied. Everything was almost perfect. The only thing was, on the second day, the room wasn't very tidy when the cleaning staff cleaned it. I will definitely come back again! We love you Royal Signature Hotel, keep up the good work ❤️

This is my second time staying here because I honestly think it’s just that good. The first time I came, if I’m not mistaken, it had just opened so it wasn’t as crowded as it is now. It’s a bit busier these days, but the staff are still just as friendly. Whenever I asked for directions or anything, they always responded in a relaxed and easy-to-understand way. When it comes to cleanliness, I’ve always loved their bathroom. Everything is so complete. I also like the bedroom, but unfortunately this time my bed was right in front of the AC, so the cold air blew straight at my head all night and I ended up with a bit of a headache the next day. But overall, I’m really satisfied! We also got free drinks and snacks, which is something I really enjoyed. If I ever come back to Kuala Lumpur, I will definitely stay here again!

The location is very strategic. It's in the middle of Bukit Bintang. In my opinion, this hotel's location is more strategic than that viral hotel (SL). Because previously I stayed at SL. The hotel is spacious, the food is okay. The only downside is that the cleaning staff is a bit slow to clean the room, so when I got home in the evening the room was still messy. Stayed in Room 826 — very disappointing. The bathrobe smelled like sweat, clearly not washed. Room also had a bad odor, couldn’t sleep all night. Complained to CS, no apology at all. A very pleasant hotel. It seems to have been recently renovated, so it still looks fresh. The location is great, close to Jalan Alor, with lots of food and minimarkets nearby. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly security guard. The front desk staff, Miss Priskila, was super friendly and welcoming. This was truly something I've never experienced in KL, as hotel staff are often less than friendly, even at 5-star hotels. 😂 Since I brought my kids, I was given a goodie bag containing small hotel slippers, toiletries, and a postcard. So sweet. 😍. The hotel room was clean, with a view overlooking Jalan Alor, Merdeka Tower, and the Twin Towers. There was a coffee machine and welcome snacks, and there was a drinking fountain, so I didn't have to bother buying extra mineral water. The breakfast was quite delicious and varied. Everything was almost perfect. The only thing was, on the second day, the room wasn't very tidy when the cleaning staff cleaned it. I will definitely come back again! We love you Royal Signature Hotel, keep up the good work ❤️

This is my second time staying here because I honestly think it’s just that good. The first time I came, if I’m not mistaken, it had just opened so it wasn’t as crowded as it is now. It’s a bit busier these days, but the staff are still just as friendly. Whenever I asked for directions or anything, they always responded in a relaxed and easy-to-understand way. When it comes to cleanliness, I’ve always loved their bathroom. Everything is so complete. I also like the bedroom, but unfortunately this time my bed was right in front of the AC, so the cold air blew straight at my head all night and I ended up with a bit of a headache the next day. But overall, I’m really satisfied! We also got free drinks and snacks, which is something I really enjoyed. If I ever come back to Kuala Lumpur, I will definitely stay here again!

The location is very strategic. It's in the middle of Bukit Bintang. In my opinion, this hotel's location is more strategic than that viral hotel (SL). Because previously I stayed at SL. The hotel is spacious, the food is okay. The only downside is that the cleaning staff is a bit slow to clean the room, so when I got home in the evening the room was still messy. Stayed in Room 826 — very disappointing. The bathrobe smelled like sweat, clearly not washed. Room also had a bad odor, couldn’t sleep all night. Complained to CS, no apology at all. Check-in staff was friendly but slow. For a 5-star hotel, the vibe didn’t feel luxurious. Room design was basic, though I appreciated the in-room coffee machine.
