Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

They claim to have sound proof rooms. I was in a little corner of main building at hotel with one other room, and a maid supply closet. From 7AM on every morning it was non stop noise due to maids in and out and a half inch opening around the door way that was big enough to look through without opening the door. I asked 4 different maids to keep carts outside of building and try not to make any noise banging walls carts etc. none of them understood English. Also the food was terrible at the restaurants that were actually open. I’d like a refund for my stay as it was a terrible experience overall.

Very nice meet n greet upon arrival. Then the hard sell for Hilton time share. We did not appreciate that before the hotel and shuttle. Also, we feel that once we didn’t agree to meet about the whole timeshare program, we were short changed on service. ( I.e. Beds were not made up and replaced ) the grounds and the restaurants were beautiful if you enjoy staying in one location and doing a limited amount of activities. We found more fun on the catamaran for the sunset cruise.

We recently stayed at Dreams Tulum Resort, and while there were some positive aspects, our overall experience was mixed. The views were absolutely stunning—the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking scenery that set the stage for a beautiful stay. Unfortunately, the positive vibe quickly started to fade. From the moment we stepped in, we were bombarded with tons of information about services and upgrades. It felt overwhelming, especially when we just wanted to unwind and enjoy our time. The constant pressure to buy things or book extra services really took away from the relaxing atmosphere we had hoped for. While the staff was friendly and helpful, that didn't quite make up for the overall stress of the constant upselling. Additionally, the food was quite disappointing. It didn't live up to the quality we had expected, and we struggled to find meals that were enjoyable. Overall, the views were the highlight of our trip, but the lack of relaxation and the constant sales pressure made it hard to fully enjoy our stay. Not quite the dream vacation we were hoping for.

Tulum is amazing. I just don’t think we are all inclusive people. Sal at the preferred beach was AMAZING. The kids club was awesome too. We had a room the first night that was just too loud but the hotel was able to move us once some folks checked out.

We had a wonderful time and could see how hard everyone works to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and water was great. My only comment would be for the hotel offer free shuttle to and from the airport as it can be very expensive. The resort is already all inclusive so that should be included as well given how much it costs to travel.

Not quick to give things all inclusive but quick to take a payment for an extra

Everyone was super nice a helpful. Amazing service. Alma was at the Japanese restaurant was amazing. The lobby people were great! Jesus always super attentive with our drinks or whatever we needed.

The overall hotel was pleasant was just missing a few things like more food options, better nightlife. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room had an odor!

The food was not that good, even for an all-inclusive.

Service was more than what was expected! Every staff we met were warm and friendly. Will definitely come back!!!! ☺️

We had an awesome time, lots of seaweed but I am learning when the best months to go are. Room service was great! The food was really good! Nothing to really complain about. Thank you Dreams!

The room was clean but furniture is dated.. The bathroom had plenty of towels which I loved.

Everything was excellent and all staff were helpful and friendly!
