Excellent staff, attention and service. The beach is unusable, closed everyday, because of the Sargaso (algae).

We had a lovely stay at Dreams. The beds were super comfortable, it was quiet and the staff were really helpful.

Our experience at Dreams Resort Tulum was extremely disappointing. At checkout, the resort added a $200 charge for what they claimed were “bodily fluids” on the sheets, when in reality, it was simply makeup. When we questioned the charge, we were threatened with involving the authorities if we didn’t pay. We were traveling with a large group, and several of us were hit with the same $200 fee for various questionable reasons, which felt unfair and excessive. To make matters worse, from the very first day, we received early morning calls (as early as 8:00 AM) pressuring us to attend a timeshare presentation. The constant sales pitches followed us throughout the resort and made it difficult to relax and enjoy our vacation. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and we will not be returning.

I would not come back to this resort. Food: - buffet has repeat food and nothing was really good. All dishes are just so so. The taste is plain ….half of the buffet are steamed, fried or grilled vegetables. The juice seemed like it was mixed with water. The fruit quality is bad most of the time, and there are not a lot of options. - Drink: you can feel they are using cheap ingredients - restaurants: french restaurant closes every other day. Italian restaurant showed it was opened on Thursday but when we came, they said it was closed. Seaside grill restaurant closes on weekends and Monday. Only Asian restaurants opens whole week but sushi restaurant doesn’t have a lot of seat, and one of asian restaurants charges extra $20. Rooms: old but clean however, resort was having construction next to my friend room in the middle of the week but did not inform them in advance. The sound was loud and from 9-5, when my friend asked they said there were no room to change and ask if my friend would like to change hotel. The resort kept sending us VIP package but honestly it sounds like scam.

Edgar and Andrea all the staff are great Portofino had the best food seaside grill worst food. The cabana concierge was very good just wish the ocean had less Algea

Everything was good. The service was excellent. We were a little disappointed with all the seaweed and algae. By all in all the trip was very I relaxing which our intent!

La habitación que me tocó hubo cucarachas, y solo querían echar insecticida sin considerar que iba con un menor, mala solución

The Dreams Tulum and Spa was a wonderful place to celebrate my wife’s 66th birthday weekend. The staff went above and beyond to make this a very special extended weekend trip on multiple occasions. Don’t DREAM about it, just do it. 4.5 for sure.

Wonderful room on the renovated area (preferred club), Alejandra, Laura with the Preferred Club concierge they were amazing and so attentive. At the Preferred beach club Santino and Benito were absolutely the best!

Las habitaciones no están listas a tiempo. Te la entregan hasta 1 hora y media después. Ir a cualquiera de sus restaurantes es un desastre. No tienen un sistema o plataforma automatizado, todo lo hacen manual. La hostes es la que te lleva a la mesa y deja desatendida la recepción de los restaurantes. Pésima coordinación en restaurantes. La comida estuvo bien, pero las porciones son muy pequeñas, parece que es un menú de degustación. No regresaría.
