Very Nice, Hotel probably Nicest Hotel I. The area unfortunately staff does not Give You Good Feel when it Comes Customer Service, we are getting married in this area and we’re interested in looking at the hotels for a future date for our guest and the girl working at the front desk not the one with the glasses the other one had such a horrible attitude I do not understand how a hotel like this higher somebody like that with that type of personality to be at the front desk to receive guest. Hotel is nice compared to others in the area, but the staff a lot of work. Every time I ask for something You feel like you were Doing them a favor.

No nos dejaron dejar nuestro equipaje en resguardo un par de horas después de hacer check-out, aunque les explicamos que nuestro coche estaba descompuesto y que teníamos que ir por él, por lo que tuvimos que caminar un par de kms cargando el equipaje. En la habitación las camaristas, en un lapso de media hora, abrieron tres veces la puerta sin tocar.

The costumer service was absolutely great. Their included breakfast is also very good as well as the views from some rooms. However, the gym area needs to be renovate as well as the internet and water service. We didn’t have internet and hot water for half of our stay and they didn’t anything to compensate the issues.

This is a nice hotel. The service was great, the staff was helpful. We enjoyed the buffet fair style breakfast that was included. We attended a wedding, and the hotel was good place to get prepared for it and relax after it. It is in walk distance from restaurants with regular quality.

The hotel has nothing to do with the stars that it says that it has, We arrived late that night after a wedding and the door wasn’t opening, because it’s seams to be damaged. The bed was very uncomfortable the same as the pillows and the linens with the worst quality. And all of the bedroom too old.

Pool was dirty, room was dirty, no soap, no internet was having trouble getting wi-fi food was horrible. One of my guest got stomack sick my food was horrible. I order a sirloin but i don't know what it was taste very funny and the meat was very hard to chew. NOT GOOD
