Everything at the Hotel Hisctorico Centro is PERFECT: the staff is beyond helpful, the breakfast was amazing, the room was comfortable and clean clean clean! The bathroom is very nice (important for me) with a great shower and plenty of hot water. They provide bottled water in a fridge on every floor of the hotel for you to take as much as you need. HUGE PLUS is the 24 hour cafe and sandwich shop where all items are free for those staying at the hotel. AMAZING. The location is perfce for walking and exploring the historic district of Mexico City with many museums and restaurants and coffee shops. Have fun and STAY at this hotel. We can't wait to return. It is our favorite hotel ever, anywhere!

I'd stayed here for a week a few years ago and I was impressed then, only to find things have even managed to improve since then. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. The 24-hour cafe is always awesome, and while I was unable to catch breakfast this trip due to my airport ride showing up extra early, I'm sure it's still excellent as well. With the benefit of a central location and additional amenities such as bottled water on every floor, this hotel is a no-brainer. Highly recommended.

Great location and hotel. Cafe with drinks and food is such a value. Very great place and staff. Only cons are small gym and protests can delay or stop Ubers, overall 9.5/10 and would recommend to anyone

Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos hicieron sentir verdaderamente bienvenidos. Didier y Armando, quienes nos recibieron en la entrada del hotel, fueron excepcionales: atentos, serviciales y con una enorme amabilidad que hizo que nuestra experiencia comenzara de la mejor manera. Se nota cuando alguien disfruta su trabajo y realmente se preocupa porque los huéspedes se sientan cómodos y especiales. Durante los 4 días que estuvimos hospedados, el servicio fue impecable. Jair, en el área de cocina, merece una mención especial por su increíble carisma y atención. Cada mañana nos ofrecía café y pan con tanta amabilidad y cercanía que parecía que nos conocíamos de toda la vida. Personas así hacen una gran diferencia en cualquier viaje y convierten una estancia normal en una experiencia verdaderamente memorable. Andrea en recepción también fue excelente: siempre amable, profesional y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento con una sonrisa. Y aunque no recuerdo el nombre de todos los empleados, sinceramente TODO el personal fue extraordinario. Cada persona con la que tuvimos contacto nos trató con respeto, calidez y una atención de primer nivel. Las instalaciones estaban impecables, muy limpias, cómodas y cuidadas en cada detalle. El ambiente del hotel es acogedor, tranquilo y perfecto para descansar y disfrutar. Definitivamente es uno de los mejores servicios que hemos recibido en un hotel. Se siente la calidad humana de todo el equipo y eso vale muchísimo. Súper recomendado al 100

This was recommended by one of our friends who recently stayed here. As expected, this is the best choice we made. Fabulous hotel all around. Staff: Everyone was so friendly and professional and always there to help you in any way. Great smiles! Location: We wanted to stay in the historic area. This is right in the heart of it. Safe area and vibrant exciting area. We walked all over the area. With Uber, you can go anywhere like La Condesa, Norte Roma, Reforma or pretty much anywhere with easy ride. Hotel: The room is perfect (size, amenity, shower etc.). Super clean and comfortable bed. Nice AC. The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of menu. 24 hour coffee is awesome (most items included in the hotel room price we had). Overall: We could not ask for a better hotel in Mexico City. If we ever go back, this is the hotel we stay.
