Historico Central Hotel

Very clean hotel very well organized. The staff is wonderful and make you feel like family. The hotel is in a great location everything is walking distance. The rooms are very well kept and the bed is very comfortable. The cafe is a plus with access to it 24 hours. Breakfast is also very good. Muchisimas gracias a Didier, Victor y Manuel por todas sus atenciones. Nos sentimos en casa y entre familia! Regresamos pronto!

ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS 100% RECOMENDED. THE ROOMS ARE GREAT, CLEAN, THE STAFF IS SO NICE AND THE FOOD IS GREAT. AND THE SAFETY OF THE HOTEL IS SUPER GOOD. WILL STAY THERE AGAIN ON MY NEXT TRIP.

This is a superb hotel. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the staff are charming and very helpful. The bed was super-comfy and the bathroom was large with lots of hot water and good quality products. Its location makes it perfect for sightseeing.

I am delighted to provide this feedback. The five star rating goes well beyond clean and excellently appointed rooms. This Hotel and its staff sets a far higher standard. From front desk to concierge from the gentleman who helped with our bags and our servers during the included breakfasts, they were all excellent. It is with care compassion and commitment to Customer Service that these individuals do their work. We had difficulties with our eSIM, trying to get reservations and tickets as well as general questions about restaurants et cetera. Each of our issues were dealt with exceptionally well. This is a gem of a hotel. It is significantly underrated in the various reviews. It went well beyond what was expected. Travellers to Mexico will need to come back again and again because there’s so much to see and do. And when I do, I will be coming back to Historico Central. BTW not only do you have a most delicious breakfast included in your rate ,but not enough has been said about the snack bar that is also available to guests. That snack bar has served us exceptionally well with individually freshly prepared snacks and meals. If you’re thinking about where to stay in Mexico City, I strongly encourage you to give this facility your sincere consideration. Well done staff, you should be very proud of the work that you’re doing.

Staff is very friendly and breakfast was good.

Our room with 2 double beds had a tiny window so we upgraded to a room with a king size bed and 2 small balconies (extra charge) - spotless, full of light and airy. We appreciated the fridge on each floor with free water bottles and the endless supply of macintosh apples; the breakfast menu was ok - the great surprise was there was also a dinner menu included! It was minimal but very good! The staff was very helpful, attentive and responsive, we loved staying there!

Staff is friendly and helpful. The 24 hour cafe with great coffee is why I repeatedly stay there. It’s included.

Beautiful, clean, centrally-located hotel! The room was comfortable and a good size, great water pressure in the shower. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Free coffee in the lobby was a really nice plus. And walking distance from several great food options and beautiful historic sites.

Extremely courteous staff and you are well taken care of! Right from the welcome to the free goodies such as the open café! Unbeatable location to boot!

The room and property were spotless and the staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Jair in the breakfast room was awesome and so was Andrea at the desk. The hotel is very central to everything in the historic quarter. We’d definitely stay there again.
