Loved everything about it! Great location, staff and amenities . Cleanliness is most important and they met the mark! Close to everything including shopping, sites and all cuisines. I would definitely stay again .

Room bathroom exhaust system didn’t work which stunk the room. The suite we got had a balcony which faced a major street that made sleeping unbearable. I had to leave the facility and book somewhere else as they could accommodate a different room. However, the hotel staff were very help and understanding our situation and gladly accommodated us with the refund of the remaining days not used. Had it not been for the bad bathroom exhausting we would have stayed. Would like to mention their receptionist Valeria was truly exceptional in helping us with the refund. Thank you.
