I flew in from Tulum to see Mexico City for the first time. The room was a bit on the small size but the staff, wi-fi, and cleanliness of the room could not be found elsewhere. I loved this hotel particularly for the knowledgeable staff.

This place was a great option because if location, breakfast and snack bar is excellent included with reservation. Always had hot water, everyone was very nice.

Fue algo nuevo para mi en la ciudad un hotel céntrico, bien ubicado, limpio, seguro, estacionamiento gratis y seguro con valet parking incluido. En el restaurant el desayuno deliciosos. De verdad mis hijas e hijos y mi pareja lo disfrutamos mucho. Recomendado mil por ciento

This intimate, boutique hotel is like your home away from home. The staff tends to your comfort as soon as you walk in the door. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is an order from the meenu breakfast with delicious options. Complimentary water bottles and fresh fruit are available everywhere. You receive a complimentary city walking tour, and there is a nice cafe with complimentary food and beverages open 24 hours for your unlimited enjoyment. Because of the cafe and friendly staff, customers tend to spend time in the comfortable lobby area, visiting and chatting with each other, sharing what adventures they might have enjoyed that day. To find the handicraft market, Manuel Ortiz took me outside the hotel to show me the exact route I should take. The location is ideal for sightseeing, shopping close to the airport, and it is very safe. I would not consider a trip to Mexico City and stay anywhere else.

This hotel is my favorite! But I had French Toast the first day I didn’t enjoy them.

Beautiful hotel to stay at! We had an amazing experience. Traveled with 20 plus family members and we all very happy with our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice as well and very very clean. The beds are very comfortable and linen was amassing and clean. The staff is amazing! Very helpful, respectful and courteous. Always there to help you with whatever you need. They certainly have incredible staff! The hotel has a very nice reception area, where we hung out to eat and talk. The breakfast The hotel provides is so good, everything was delicious and the waiters are incredible. I will definitely reserve at this hotel again on my next trip! We really loved it!

The staff are amazing, the hotel is spotless, the breakfast is excellent. Having access to the cafe and the location makes quick breaks in your day convenient. The only thing that I could wish for would be better food in the cafe. This is by no means a complaint. I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times and the service and cleanliness has not wavered in the many years I have stayed.

La mejor elección en el Centro Histórico de CDMX. Limpieza y estado de las instalaciones, impecable. Personal de 10, desde botones a camareros, recepcionistas, conserjes, limpieza… serviciales, atentos y detallistas. Habitación amplia, cama cómoda… Edificio histórico rehabilitado, muy bien decorado. Desayuno: muy variado y bueno. Sin ninguna duda, recomendamos este hotel y volveríamos.
