メキシコシティの中心地にあるホテルでどこへ行くにも便利でした。 治安面が少し心配でしたが、中心地ということもあり、22時頃まで外にいる事もありましたが特に問題なく過ごせました。 また24時間いつでも利用出来るカフェがとてもありがたく、旅行中乱れがちな食生活に、スープやサラダがいつでも食べられるのは本当にありがたかったです。 そしてなんと言っても、スタッフの方々がみなさん親切で優しく、とても素敵な滞在になりました。 次回メキシコシティに行く際もまた利用したいと思いました。 設備の面で1つ残念だったのは、シャワーの水圧がとても弱く、なかなか体を温められなかったので、そこだけマイナスとさせてもらいました。 素敵なメキシコシティ滞在になりました。 スタッフの皆様、本当にありがとうございました！

スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。

レセプションのサービスがとても丁寧でした。 朝食でも、日本では中々食べられないメキシコ料理のメニューを味わうことができ、大満足です。

24時間、いつでも無料で利用できるカフェがあったことがとてもありがたかったです。そのカフェのスープ、サンドイッチ、飲み物、すべてがおいしかったです。 また、ペットボトルのお水を自由にもらうことができたので、お水を買いに行かなくてもよかった点もよかったです。 スタッフも、とても親切で、私が英語が得意でないことを理解し、ゆっくりわかりやすい話し方を心がけてくれました。 お部屋は、それほど広くはありませんが、2人で過ごすには、問題ない状態です。また、毎日、きれいに清掃してもらえました。 ただ、シャワーが固定であり、お湯が出るまでにかなり時間がかかること、テレビはスペイン語の番組しか見られなかったことに少し不満がありました。 しかし、全体的に見れば、非常に満足できるホテルでした。

The staff at the front desk were excellent.

Located in the heart of the exciting downtown, it's a convenient place for everything you want to do. However, the room itself is quiet, well-organized, and clean. The hotel staff are very friendly and kind. Especially the people at Historico Central, they all made my stay enjoyable.

ホテル自体は綺麗で快適ですが、サービスがだめ。 フロントスタッフは朝食の案内もホテル内の案内もしない。 フロントスタッフは英語を話すが、スペイン語訛りの英語のため、英語ネイティブでないわたしには聞き取りづらく二回聞き返すと嫌な顔。 悪くはないけど、この値段ならほかで探していいと思う。

We loved our stay because of the helpful staff, delicious, free breakfast and water bottles, air conditioning, comfortable beds, and being central located and walkable.

Very friendly and great customer service staff. The free breakfast and food including is amazing and way above average then normal with the taste and quality exceding my expectation and 24 hour our service. The drinks were very good including alcohol and coffee. The location was center of everything and easily walking distance in central sites. This is my second time and will male it a third when I return..

Me agrado mucho, la atención es inigualable, desde que te reciben hasta que sales siempre son muy amables.

Food was great! Cafe was 24 hrs and included in your stay so you didnt have to pay anything! The rooms were very clean and updated. The only issues we had were with some of the staff in the cafe, they seemed to have a very poor attitude with us specifically after hearing us speak english. One person in specific was A woman by the name Itzel, she had a very condescending tone anytime she answered our questions and it didnt make us feel very comfortable/welcome, The rest of the staff however were very helpful and happy to answer our questions!

Todo en el hotel estuvo perfecto, pero lo que disfruté más fue la gran atención de todo el personal, desde que llegas te sientes como en casa. Y las instalaciones muy cómodas en todo aspecto, por eso y más es mi hotel favorito en CDMX.

The amenities were good, plenty of free food and snacks, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel is pretty central to the historic area so most things were walking distance or a short ride away. The front desk staff was kind and offered help always. The breakfast was decent but a bit inconsistent at times. We had the chilaquiles and the top half of it was warm whereas the bottom half was cold. The only “issue” I had was the cafe staff. Some of the girls were a bit rude, rolled their eyes at me, and laughed when I didn’t say certain things correctly in spanish. Other than that, for the price of the hotel, the amenities and the location made it worth it!

Hotel is lovely, clean and quiet (no street noise) - staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always crowded and service (not buffet) so give yourself time. An extra perk is that the hotel coffee shop is 24/7 and serves you FREE food and drinks (not alcohol) - amazing.
