El menu nos gustó, el desayuno estaba muy rico. Nos recibieron super bien con nuestra botella de vino en habitación y una bebida de cortesía. La habitación limpia, todo en orden, sólo si sentimos que no enfriaba lo suficiente. Pero nos encantó nuestra estancia aquí.

The staff were excellent, courteous and giving us any help we asked. The room was clean, but the showerbb by head must be adjusted so that it does not shoot water out of the shower. The cleaning crew was not professional. The best part of our stay was the daily breakfast. It was free!

Outstanding. We have never been trated as royally and we traveled alot. Perfect location-close to some of the most beautiful cathedrals. Staff welcoming..Accommodations the very best quality. Mattress the most comfortable I have ever slept in. If you want to be near the historic arevthis is the only hotel to stay at. Will definitely return

Excellent property, friendly staff and great amenities. Within walking distance to the Zócalo and most sites/restaurants in the historic centre. The complimentary breakfast was great with an awesome selection. I would recommend and I would stay again.

I wasn’t wild about the à la carte breakfast. It’s essentially Mexican food. I think a buffet offers more variety.
That said, the hotel is comfortable.
I left a much needed item in the room. The staff happily agreed to send it on, but despite several contacts, failed to follow through.

Coffee shop open 24/7 and ALSO included with limited but good options !! Area is very busy, traffic and pedestrian, but so much to see and do within walking distance. The staff goes out of their way to welcome and accommodate
