We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Histórico Central! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the 24-hour concierge made everything so convenient. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located in the heart of Mexico City—close to restaurants, shops, and historic sites. The service exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City!

Fuimos a una boda en el Centro de la CDMX y pensamos en reservar una noche de hotel para poder pasar una noche tranquila y poder despertar tarde. Tuvimos una recepción muy rápida y amable, estábamos contentos del hotel elegido. Lamentablemente, a las 6:20 am nuestro vecino de habitación se metió a bañar y el ruido de la bomba del agua sonó en nuestro cuarto durante todo su baño. A las 7:20 se repitió y pues no pudimos dormir más. No hay ruido de la calle pero los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas (conversaciones), del pasillo, y sobre todo el ruido que hace la bomba o las tuberías del agua fueron muy inconvenientes para nuestra estadía.

Nuestra estadía fue muy placentera, muy bien atendidos desde la llegada, muy amable todo el personal, las instalaciones muy limpias y cómodas…. El desayuno incluido muy sabroso; algo limitado en opciones pero improvisaron bien mis peticiones…. El servicio de cafetería, las 24 horas, es una excelente forma de asegurar satisfacción en los clientes, además del muy buen pan y café recién preparado, siempre tenían sandwiches y paninis… Muy ecológicos; basureros para orgánicos e inorgánicos, además de una pared verde interior de 8 m de altura de plantas naturales…
