I loved this hotel. It was in a great location near a lot of food and amenities. The room was very clean and HUGE, so very comfortable in between outings. My only complaint is the kitchen stuff was all locked up so we couldn't use them, and I was too lazy to address it with the front desk. Otherwise, I will stay here again when I come back to Eindhoven.

Staff very professional, however, on entry in my assigned room I was taken aback by the full kitchen across from the bed. Thoigh the room was spotless, I rented a hotel room not an apartment. And this was not included in the online description of the hotel.My stay included daily housekeeping, however recieved such service only twice during my 5 night 6day stay though this was brought to the attention of the front desk daily. The spa is a nude spa,which is also not advertised in the online description.On the other hand, it is conveniently located in the city center near many amenities.

i reserved two nights in the Matchbox room. According to the information provided the size of the room was supposed to be 30 sq. m and there should be a fridge in the room. Upon arrival I was checked into room no. 522. The size of the room was much smaller than I expected from the description - as it occurred later it was 22 sq. m. There was no fridge either. I went to the reception to point out those discrepancies. I was informed that the information provided on hotels.com page was incorrect. I wanted to be transferred to a bigger room and pay the difference, unfortunately they were fully booked. The reception offered me a breakfast and a drink in hotel's bar as a form of consolation for the situation, but it didn't change the fact that I had to stay in a really small room - this 22 sq. m are not very functional - there is a small compartment which is closed and consumes about 2 sq m, and a long narrow corridor. The space with a bed is about 10 sq m large, or small, should I say it. It was a romantic trip with my wife - it was her birthday, and it really broke me down a bit. As I see the information about the room's space has already been corrected. I hope this review will help someone to avoid disappointment which unfortunately ruined my day - a bit as I say, it's no big thing after all.

Clean room, nice pillows and towels. Very weird and inconvenient walk to other building to get to room. No signage outside back door to get in. Otherwise nice central hotel.
