Excellent location convenient for exploring the city and within a short walk of the train station. The hotel is oozing character maintaining the style and spirit of Eindhoven's long-standing connection with Philips. The hotel has got a great layout, the reception is welcoming and this remains throughout the stay. People are clearly proud to work at Westcord and it shows.

The only set back, for the average Asian height-wise
Is the clothes hanger designed for the average Dutch people who are very tall. This was a challenge for us to reach.

Fantastic hotel, great location to the city and a quick walk from the train station. Rooms are big, clean and very comfortable beds! Not a lot of plugs so charging devices is not very convenient.

Will definitely stay here again! New rooms in hotel are amazing and spacious. Clean! We had an issue with our initial room next day we were moved and upgraded to a newly renovated room which met our needs. However it is a maze to get to the other side of the hotel especially rooms on floors 6-9.

The bedroom was cleaned supposedly, but the bedlinnen and especially the pillows had a dingy smell, like it was previously used. There was a layer of dust on the TV console, also a sign of the room not being cleaned properly.
The one thing about the hotel that ruined it for me is the bed. Low quality matras, pillows that flatten when you put your head on it. We all had the worst sleep on these beds. Other than that, all good.
