Westcord Hotel Eindhoven

Nice hotel, comfortable room, very clean and the public areas are verybwell appointed. The bar and restaurant area is also very nice with a great selection of drinks and food.

Nice clean hotel, the worst / softest bed I have slept in , in years. Terrible sleep.

i reserved two nights in the Matchbox room. According to the information provided the size of the room was supposed to be 30 sq. m and there should be a fridge in the room. Upon arrival I was checked into room no. 522. The size of the room was much smaller than I expected from the description - as it occurred later it was 22 sq. m. There was no fridge either. I went to the reception to point out those discrepancies. I was informed that the information provided on hotels.com page was incorrect. I wanted to be transferred to a bigger room and pay the difference, unfortunately they were fully booked. The reception offered me a breakfast and a drink in hotel's bar as a form of consolation for the situation, but it didn't change the fact that I had to stay in a really small room - this 22 sq. m are not very functional - there is a small compartment which is closed and consumes about 2 sq m, and a long narrow corridor. The space with a bed is about 10 sq m large, or small, should I say it. It was a romantic trip with my wife - it was her birthday, and it really broke me down a bit. As I see the information about the room's space has already been corrected. I hope this review will help someone to avoid disappointment which unfortunately ruined my day - a bit as I say, it's no big thing after all.

We stopped here for a night to attend a concert. The hotel was great and welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean. Great experience

Clean room, nice pillows and towels. Very weird and inconvenient walk to other building to get to room. No signage outside back door to get in. Otherwise nice central hotel.

Very centrally located hotel within walking distance of a lot of places in Eindhoven. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff were very nice and the WhatsApp messaging also helped

Everything in good condition except there was no Internet service inside our room. In the absence, my broadband subscription was fully consumed even before our stay ended requiring me to top up a few days from arriving in Europe.

Stayed here lots always enjoy it 🙌

A well located city hotel

On a work visit. One day privately booked, the rest by the meeting organisers. Venue easy walk from Eindhoven station. Great location for for etc. Shopping nearby. Room was lovely and big with kitchen inci. Combi oven fridge coffee machine etc etc. wardrobe looked a bit out of place. Breakfast good. Staff friendly. But....the hotel is being rebuilt in places and the instructions to get to some rooms made an assumption that folks knew their way around. It took me several attempts and then for the rest of my stay I kept coming across confused folks and had to help them. The place needs extra signs during the chsnges. Apart from that, very nice.

Great location in the center of everything and easy access to all transport. Huge suites. Funky, quirky decor in each suite.

Room was so small. And no table and chair.
