服務還可以，但是櫃檯笑容少很多 感覺不太尊重，比起布拉格NH COLLECTION CARLO IV 還是明顯不一樣，捷克人親切很多

I had always chosen this hotel for business trip, and this was the 5th time I stayed with the other 2 colleagues and yes I recommended it! The experience genuinely was awful this time. The heater of Room 356 was broken so I slept at very cold temperature even I was told they have central air conditioning system. Then the shower was broken. Hot water came and cold water from the shower head and hand shower at same time which cannot be adjusted. It was very dangerous as people wouldn't notice the water came from shower head was so hot. Besides, the room was so dark that I even cannot make up properly. I escalated the situation to the staff on next day morning, and they sorted out the issues but I don't think I will choose the hotel again.

Nice breakfast, location and big room space. Bed is quite comfortable, but no mini bar. There is NO air temperature control in room to be adjusted. It was a bit cold in winter time.

Close to train station. Big room. Good breakfast.

飯店位置很好,離車站只有800公尺,附近有很多餐廳,也有很多商場,我們早上9:30就抵達飯店,他們甚至願意讓我們先check in,而且幫我們free upgrade,整體而言這間飯店相當不錯

Das Zimmer war sehr ungemütlich. Keine Ahnung wie man auf diesen Stil kommt. Würde ich nicht wieder buchen. Die Lage war aber gut und es gab ein Tiefgarage bei der ich 10 Minuten davor stand weil das Tor nicht aufging.

Zeer vriendelijke receptie en fijne bar. Kamera prima zien er keurig uit en schoon!

Værelset var fint, personalet var imødekommende og hjælpsomme.

Zimmer und Lage super

Gutes Hotel. Zimmer und Bad sauber und recht groß. Großes Frühstücksbuffet. Vielleicht nicht direkt günstig, aber man bekommt etwas dafür.

Water pressure on shower could be stronger

We stayed with a family in room 363 on January 22-23, 2025. Two days later, we remembered we'd forgotten the envelope containing our money in the room's safe. Today, I called the hotel and informed them that we had left our money in the safe. Twenty minutes later, they called me back and said the safe was still locked and asked for my password. Ten minutes after I gave them my password, they called again and said the safe had been opened with my password, but the envelopes were missing. What do you think happened to the money I forgot in the safe? Please forward this comment and my grievance to the highest levels of hotel management. I will not comment further because I cannot comment on other aspects of the hotel while there is an ethical issue at hand.

Cleanliness in the room

Das Zimmer war toll und sehr sauber. Das Personal war total freundlich.

Hotel ligt perfect in de stad dicht bij het station. Perosneel was vriendelijk maar soms erg druk met incheck dingen. Door de grote groepen die aanwezig waren duurde het bestellen in de bar wat lang en bij het ontbijt buffet was het buffet een tijd leeg..... verder goede kamers, prima bedden en schoon. Komen graag nog een keer terug!

Wij verbleven in dit hotel in verband met een evenement in het Klokgebouw. Het hotel was maar 5 minuten lopen van het treinstation en super centraal gelegen. Het receptiepersoneel was ontzettend vriendelijk. Wij hadden een kamer op de 8ste verdieping (kamer 804) en deze kamer voelde aan als nieuw, prachtige badkamer (inspo voor eigen huis haha) en een heerlijk bed. Dit zal ons go-to hotel worden wanneer we ons weer in Eindhoven bevinden.
