Overall staying the inntel hotels art einhoven was excellent except the room temperature was a bit cold. It would be nice if room temperature can be controlled by guests.

This is a great place to stay. Inntel Hotel is a nice chain, offering unique flair and I enjoyed it very much. The staff was nice and the room spacey. I would use it again whenever I can.

Avoid this hotel if you value sleep and comfort on a warm day. Despite claiming it has air conditioning only a small portion of the facility does. The building where most of the rooms are has None. It is the first time ever that I was forced to leave my hotel room until 11pm when it was starting to cool down. Had zero sleep and paid through the nose for the pleasure. Manager was less than sympathetic. If I could have I would have left and gone to another hotel straight away. Absolutely horrible experience. .

The hotel was brilliant to stay in. The rooms were very clean and spacious. They could improve things like with signage to the reception from the rooms around 460+ as getting back to reception is really difficult and confusing. Overall, I would stay again at this hotel.

I made a reservation at this hotel mainly because it said room service was available 24/7 and I recently had surgery on my foot, so I knew I didn't want to be walking very much. I also tried to reserve Hotel parking for that reason. I was told that they are unable to accommodate reserving Hotel parking lot space, so I was a little disappointed, but I already knew what to expect. I was also told that I would be able to bring the car by the front door and unload my luggage before I need to park my car across the street. So it was very disappointing to get there and not be allowed to park near the front door. I had to park at the Q park across the street and check in at the hotel, then walk back across the street get all my luggage and walk back across the street again with all the luggage on my postoperative foot. By the time I got settled, my foot was on fire. I relaxed for a little while and then try to order room service for my dinner. The QR code in the room to scan for room service was not working, so I texted the reception desk using Whatsapp. They informed me that room service shut down early because they were busy. However, they said I could walk down to the lobby and buy a drink and then walk back up to my room if I wanted. I didn't want a drink. I wanted dinner and the amenities on the app said that room service was available 24/7. So I had to get back up on my foot and walk again to go get my dinner. No apologies no acknowledgment, and they saw that I was hobbling.

The room/bathroom are spacious and very clean. Nice to have a good cofee in the room. A realy good value for the money!

Very mixed. Older part of the hotel is poor. Newer part of the hotel is nice. They are very different. Staff appear junior and little experience so ran into some issues that took time to resolve. Breakfast average. Location is excellent.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Le personnel très accueillant, souriant. Le buffet est bien, pas beaucoup de diversité. La chambre supérieure est très grande, beaucoup d espaces comme un petit appartement. Parking hôtel payant. Un autre parking couvert et payant juste a côté. Je recommande le parking hotel. Acces direct a l hotel. Spa, wellness inclus.A refaire.

Ik had meer van de kamer verwacht. Die vond ik voor de prijs erg tegenvallen. Zeker gezien de kamer die ik de keer daarvoor had.

Séjour très décevant. Les points positifs : -le personnel est dans l’ensemble sympathique -l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal -les chambres sont spacieuses. Les points négatifs : -la communication était mauvaise, à notre arrivée, personne ne nous a parlé du spa, ou de ce que comprenait notre offre (petit déjeuner etc), ou encore des services que l’hôtel proposé, type location de vélos, ce qui peut être très utile. Pas de communication non plus sur le fait qu’il y ait des travaux partout autour de l’hôtel et qu’on est réveillé à 7h du matin. -l’accès aux chambres est une vraie perte de temps, 10 minutes aller-retour pour remplir sa gourde par exemple. -les problèmes de propreté, vétusté, là, c’est vraiment le minimum. Rien n’est vraiment sale, mais rien n’est vraiment propre, exception faite des parties communes de l’hôtel qui laisse vraiment à désirer (moquette sale, ascenseur en mauvais état) La salle de bain, après avoir visité trois chambre, les joints sont tous noirs. L’équipement fourni dans les chambres, exemple sèche-cheveux, date des années 70, le fer a repassé ne fonctionne pas. Le ménage n’est pas fait du séjour, ils se contentent de faire le lit, sans même changer les draps. -les prix, sont exorbitant pour le peu de prestations auxquelles on a droit, 60€ pour deux plats de pâtes, 15 € le cocktail, sans même un bol de chips servi avec. Pour résumer, j’ai été dans l’ensemble très déçu par cet hôtel, je ne compte pas y revenir et je ne le recommande pas non plus.
