Wonderful staff, fantastic breakfast options. Modern bathroom, but would have loved to have had a bath in the room.

The room was a nice size. Bed was comfortable. The shower was great. Pool and gym available. The hotel is very close to all types of transportation. Restaurants and shops are also in easy reach.

Very smart hotel with excellent facilities and within easy walking distance of all the attractions I wanted. Over the road from Oslo station makes the train journey from the airport so quick, easy and comfortable. Thoroughly recommended.

For the size of this hotel the Front Desk seemed understaffed at times. Our upgraded standard twin room and bathroom were very comfortable and of a good size decorated in great style as well as being quiet. I enjoyed the circular pool in the hotel, but it was small, only comfortable for a couple The elevator system required you to enter the floor you were going to from a central console on each floor…confusing. However, I guess it was efficient. The room included a mammoth breakfast buffet with a lovely spread of fruit, baked goods, cereals, yogurt fish and charcuterie. I had a lovely omelet made to order. The breakfast rom offered a lot of indoor and some outdoor seating with a view. The hotel provided an organized system for holding bags.

Room is small but clean. Pime location. Breakfast has many different varieties except a bit chaotic during breakfast peak time. was good overall!

Great location. Some of the staff were perfectly lovely, others not so helpful. Pool area was a bit run down in my opinion. Overall quite expensive for what you get.

The hotel would have been 5 star if it wasn't for the terrible check in experience. The rooms were not ready at 4pm and then when they were finally available we were informed that they would be a double bed instead of the two single beds booked. The hotel claimed that they would only guarantee beds booked directly or through their chain site. After lots of back and forth and escalation to the hotel manager, they arranged for an upgrade to a family room (two single beds and sofa bed) but this was not available until nearly 8pm. The rooms were well decorated and clean with comfy beds and powerful showers. The room also had an excellent view. Breakfast was fantastic but food was cleared away promptly at 0930 which so you had to get there early. The spa was basic and would benefit from some renovation. Overall, it was a pleasant stay that sadly got off to a bad start but we would stay again. All staff were very apologetic and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast excellent and vast selection all very fresh, staff very good, location fantastic. Room - note the word Compact, it is exactly this. Small bed, you have to climb over the other person as there is no room to walk round also no where to put anything on that side of the bed. No wardrobe or drawer space. Bathroom also very compact. Not for the traditionally built person unless travelling alone. No big suitcases either. Book a bigger room and you will be fine, ideally with a city view.

Great location. Storage in room could be better. Some drawers and hooks in bathroom would improve the storage issue. But this is no more than any other european hotels. Window film for privacy. Great bar! Would recommend this hotel.
