This hotel was beautiful! Our room was lovely and clean. The staff was very helpful, our child had heat exhaustion and ended up throwing up for much of our last night. They offered us late checkout and helped us book a cab to the local ER. The pool and spa area was beautiful.

Check-in was super easy and fast with the self check-in system. The hotel is very trendy and nice. The room was spacious, clean, and nice. The breakfast was truly fantastic, with a very large selection of allergy friendly food as well. We did not have time to try out the spa, but we certainly will the next time we stay at the Hub. Thanks for a perfect stay.

Nice place to stay. Very busy and bustling. Friendly staff. Long line of people and wait at check in. My husband and I like milk in our coffee rather than creamer. This was the only hotel in Norway, Sweden or Portugal where we’ve stayed that wouldn’t give us a little cup full to put in the fridge in our room.

On our last night, the lights went off at 5:00am when I called the hotel staff was told that they had a fuse issue. Other thank that it was in a great location, walking distance from every restaurant, the train station car rental etc.

There is no chance of getting a check in earlier than 3pm but there is a luggage room to leave your stuff in. The lifts can be busy and you need to use your room key to select a flier you want and the system then tell you which of four lifts to take - co fusing at first! Breakfast was very busy so try and avoid peak times but plenty of options for al tastes !

The reception area was excellent. Easy check in, lots of comfortable places to sit and amazing animations near the lifts. It is situated very near Oslo S railway station and Karl Johanns Gate - the main thoroughfare. Despite this it was very quiet in the room. Breakfast was top quality with a wide choice of hot and cold food. Room was well equipped and a good size. The bar served very good food and offered a good selection of drinks. Obviously this being Norway alcoholic drinks are not cheap. A very good hotel.

This hotel is beautiful; breakfast had a wide variety; and the staff were so helpful and kind. The Clarion had a great location near the train station. With that great location, however, came a lot of noise that made it difficult to sleep. I would stay here again, but in an interior room.

Immaculately presented rooms, a stunning reception - and the sauna, steam room and spa facilities were great to visit after a day of sightseeing. The restaurant and cocktail bar both delivered a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend!

Conveniently located to train and metro hubs in city center, The Hub sparkled with youthful energy. Breakfast buffet was outstanding in variety, quantity and freshness of offerings, and the dining room was spacious. Room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, but the thermostat couldn't cool the room well and the lighting was insufficient. The mini fridge is stocked with costly options leaving no room for personal foodstuff. Excellent fitness spaces with weights, cardio machines, mats, balls and circuit trainers. Unfortunately the dry sauna and the jacuzzi were inoperable both evenings for us.

The hotel is extremely large snd well located. Our room was comfortable but there was no desk which we missed. The breakfasts were copious but there were so many people eating at the same time that it was not relaxing. Parking was available but it was extremely costly. The hotel is appropriate for conventions but for pure vacations I would stay elsewhere in Oslo.
