A business hotel not aiming for tourist. Tourist is just allocated room facing internal structure which is very dark. Room lighting is also very dim. Toilet bowl keeps emitting bad smell which is disgusting. Water temperature keep changing from warm to cold every 20 to 30 seconds which causes shower a nightmare. A lot of the dishes in the restaurant have broken edges which we rarely seen in other hotels. Breakfast is 100% western without any Asian food. As I do not eat processed / refined food which are carcinogen and I do not eat trans fat food which increases LDL Cholesterol I can only eat salad, mushroom, fruit and egg in their breakfast which is very boring although their breakfast has large variety of cold cuts, salted food, bread and cakes. In my next trip to Norway which I am planning next summer, I will stay in Thon Hotel instead as they allocate room with much better view to tourist and their breakfast is of much better variety to Asian who has greater emphasis of healthy food.

Disappointed stay. The worst shower among all my hotel experience with water temperature keep jumping from warm to cold every 2 seconds!! Can't sleep well as room temperature is high at night no matter how you try to adjust it. The carpet just beneath the bed is loose and we nearly fell down a number of times during our stay. Cleanliness is yet to improve as there is hair on the bed sheet when we just check in and the carpet on the corridor outside the room is full of obvious white small pieces. Room window is facing their internal structure and so can only see other rooms when we look out the window. The so-called swimming pool is just a small play pool for children. Breakfast though appear to have variety but is just limited to 100% western food without any Asian food. Overall, consider it is just a business hotel instead of a tourist hotel. As a tourist, it will be more enjoyable to choose another international branded hotel which will be more cross cultural and home felt.

可惜房間內沒有煮水壺，需要熱水時還去樓下BAR幫忙裝!早餐非常豐盛，種類繁多，也都很美味!值得試試看的早餐!!

Flott lokasjon og en overdådig frokost. Men kaldt rom, treige heiser, og ikke lett å finne trappene for å unngå å bruke 10 min i heisen.

Bassenget var stengt. Veldig skuffende

clean room but quite small. picked this hotel for swimming pool but it was quite small and too deep for my kids. sauna not so hot. if swimming pool is the reason why you pick this hotel, reconsider :) changing area and shower for swimming pool was just so not well managed and wet floor all over the place - dangerous and not clean. that was my only complaint. havent had breakfast due to early flight.

Pent og behagelig rom. Smidig og hyggelig innsjekk. Trekker ned med kaotisk og smakløs frokost.

Room was tiny and no heating, requested to move and was told was full, then given a heater but the sockets didn’t work, only the one near the bed. No wardrobes space just 4 hangers on a coat hook! Very poor for price paid and as a regular customer! Coming again this week so hopefully a better experience

Fint opphold og god service.

Fint hotell och mycket bra frukost. Lite kallt rum och man hör trafiken utanför ganska mycket.

Hyggelig personale og ligger utrolig sentralt, rene rom, utrolig godt utvalg på frokosten! Tipp topp hotell!

God service, flotte fasiliteter og god frokost. Likte alt med oppholdet.

Mye støy fra gangen gjennom hele natten og fullstendig kaos under frokosten.

Tv’et bliv ved med at fryse billedet, man kunne ikke skifte kanal eller slukke. Morgenmaden slutter allerede kl 09:30 i hverdagene.
