We had a very smooth check-in. The receptionist was completely efficient and explained everything clearly. The room was cold, but due to centralised control it was not easy to change the temperature. However, when we informed the front desk that we were cold they brought a heater. Although not completely comfortable, I was satisfied with the hotel's action as it solved the issue for us. Breakfast was excellent with a very good variety.

とにかくオスロセントラル駅前で移動が超便利。設備も新しく綺麗で必要なものは全てありました。一階にはアメリカに居た時によくお世話になったTGI Fridayがあったので夕食に入ろうとしたが日曜日で閉店が早く断念。駅のHardRockCafeへ。ホテルにはバーもあって賑わっていた。翌日のホテル朝食は会場は広々として種類も豊富で良かった。

Very nice and convenient location for shoping, tour and dinner. Breakfast buffe nenu were so many choices. Room is big enough to relax.

誕生日の日だったので受付の女性がプレゼントと言ってお部屋をアップグレードしてくれました　嬉しかったです　初めてのオスロ　いい思い出になりました 駅の目の前なので迷わず　便利 朝食が種類多くとっても美味しかったです

Very bad hotel . The receptionist are the worst . Made me wait in lobby for one hour for the receipt and still was not able to process it . After calling repeatedly still not able to provide me with one . Very worst service

We had an incredible stay at the Clarion Hotel The Hub. It’s the perfect base for a city break - modern, stylish and very comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect – so central, easy to get around, and convenient for getting to and from the airport. The breakfast was honestly the best we’ve ever had on a city trip, with a huge selection and everything freshly prepared. The staff were amazing – friendly, welcoming and really knowledgeable about the local area, which made our stay even better. The spa was lovely and provided a great way to unwind after exploring the city, and our room was very nice and well equipped. The only slight downside was that I believe someone tried to hack my Instagram account while using the free Wi-Fi, so it might be worth looking into making the connection more secure. Overall, a brilliant experience and we’d definitely stay again!

Great location, nice building, great breakfast, cool vibe, helpful staff, great gym with nice equipment (free weights, machines, and cardio), nice pool and sauna for relaxing.

Jeg og min mor hadde et helt supert opphold på The Hub. Strøkent hotell, moderne og innbydende. Fine, romslige rom, gode senger og mange puter. Romslig bad. Kaffemaskin og minibar. Nydelig frokostbuffet med alt man kan tenke seg, med servitører som kom til bordene med drikke. Deilig mat i hotellrestauranten i 13. etasje. Top notch!

Room, bad toilet design, crammed elevator, lousy towels, clogged drain, cleaning lady entered the room
