We arrived very late due to plane delays. We arrived to a very friendly staff member who welcomed us and the check in was a great experience. I did not realised until the next morning that the slats under the bed were broken. I spoke to a staff member and she was able to move us to another room swiftly and there were no issues thereafter. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and very clean. We will look to book the hotel again when we re visit Edinburugh.

We had an executive room, spotless, has everything you would need iron, ironing board,hairdryer,shampoo,conditioner,toothbrush,they have thought of everything if you happen to forget to pack yours All staff we dealt with were helpful and very pleasant Hotel has a very relaxed atmospher,in walking distant for all main attractions Great nights sleep in the queen size bed the pillows were fab,that good i have asked where they bought them Breakfast had great choices and what we had very tasty, too full to get use of the waffle making machine Didnt get use of the pool, but looked nice Parking on site is £24 but if a member its £20 Would definitely return

Staff including cleaner people are all very hel'ful. The location is good, though you may need a taxi or bus from the train station. We always walked and enjoyed. The Edinburgh castle is a walking distance. We love Edinburgh！

Bedroom was freezing, shower was either freezing cold or boiling hot. Couldn’t even use my fire stick on the tv to watch anything. The staff were not very welcoming or interested in going the extra mile.
