Clean room. Staff are very polite, friendly and helpful with kindness. Little bit far from Edinburgh station.

We had an executive room, spotless, has everything you would need iron, ironing board,hairdryer,shampoo,conditioner,toothbrush,they have thought of everything if you happen to forget to pack yours All staff we dealt with were helpful and very pleasant Hotel has a very relaxed atmospher,in walking distant for all main attractions Great nights sleep in the queen size bed the pillows were fab,that good i have asked where they bought them Breakfast had great choices and what we had very tasty, too full to get use of the waffle making machine Didnt get use of the pool, but looked nice Parking on site is £24 but if a member its £20 Would definitely return

Şehrin merkezi olan Grassmarket’a yürüyerek sadece 7 dk mesafede, buradan diğer turistik yerlere de yürüyerek ulaşmak çok kolay. Odamız geniş ve temizdi, minibar’da ücretsiz su ve çay kahve imkanları da mevcuttu. Odamızın konumu bir ara sokağa bakıyordu ve arabaların sesleri duyuluyordu, fakat çok işlek bir sokak olmadığı için rahatsız olmadık. Genel anlamda memnun kaldığımız ve tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir konaklama oldu

Great location in the centre of town, easy walking distance to the New Town and the Old Town sites. Plenty of bars and restaurants around.

The rooms were quite clean and you can find many restaurant nearly at hotel also location of the hotel was good. It can be given a good rating in terms of price-performance ratio.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and the hotel beautifully situated. The swimming pool was great.

The room was clean and spacious. my room was cleaned every day and we had bottles of water and fresh milk every day.

I ordered the room in November 2025 and I wrote I would like a room with a nice view. I choose the hotel due to the fact that I saw nice old buildings on the pictures on their webpage. They did not write back that I cold not get this. If they had been honest, I would have ordered another place. I also checked in at 12 the day I arrived and I said the same thing. The female receptionist still did not say that that wasnt possible. The pool was always full and we had to wait to get in, but they didnt follow up to let us know it was our turn so we had to sit in our room waiting for a phone that did not ring. The receptionist should have had some sort of booking system. Then everybody would know when the pool could be used. The last day two receptionists were standing looking at their computers and not saying anything to a teen who was lying all over a sofa with her feet up in the sofa. She should have been told off.

The room was clean and spacious, all amenities supplied. The staff were kind and courteous, nothing too much trouble. The restaurant and bar staff were efficient and friendly. Overall this was a lovely break for me.

Clean, close to major attractions, restaurant food was delicious - I would definitely stay here again.

Definitely a must for solo travellers. I was supposed to be travelling with a friend but it turned out to be my first solo travel experience and I felt extremely safe and comfortable staying at the hotel and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be returning in the future.

The room was very clean. however the bathroom is a very odd set up and is small, separate toilet again very small. Was disappointed with the view which was at the back of the hotel looking at the bins. (room 202)
